I was wondering the same thing. Isiah was the smart way to go. I find myself being surprised by the intelligence of the bleacher creatures lol I don't mean that in a negative way. They just surprised me on that one. Smart. One of my best memories was in those RF seats my dad's final game before he passed. I was so excited when the Yanks traded for Ichiro my dad worked some magic with his business friends and got some great tickets a few rows back in RF right behind Ichiro. I remember participating in the roll call and watching Ichiro's amazing stretch routine. One of the best memories of my life.
Sad he forced them to trade him. Yankees were overpaying him considering that out of 6 seasons with Yankees he only started more than 112 games twice and only hit over 27 homeruns twice in 6 years.
Old bleachers were so much better. No assigned seats so get there early and sit right over the outfield wall first row. Now the bleachers are behind a rows of seats. I miss the old bleachers.
Since The Yankees chances of a World Series victory is slim this year due to their pitching Trade Judge at deadline for starting pitchers and resign him as free agent 👍
it's clear he doesn't want to be a yankee. imagine saying no to becoming the highest paid position player ever on the new york yankees. i agree. trade him while you can still get a haul for him.
These fans and all of the kids not ONLY in NYC, but around the world who have supported Judge makes his decision much more selfish. TRADE HIM YESTERDAY for someone who REALLY does want to wear the pinstripes.
