Poor alien just wanted to get it right, move on, and eventually go back home... His whole demeanor was genuine and serious the whole time...I feel like he was trying to mumble through it at first or it just wasn’t clear and when they asked him to repeat it clearly…it was over, his brain wasn’t computing… Been there, dealt with that, it’s best we just move on…
@@capricornstars4083 its such a teeny difference. yim was pronouncing it as doe-ay, kind of sounding out the y into a ey/aye sound instead of just doy/doi with quicker pronunciation and no sounding out the end.
In general, Thai is a very hard language that natives to the country themselves have trouble sometimes speaking. A different tone can make a word mean something completely different.
Just coming in to add, Tutor and Yim both come from a very different part of Thailand called Chiang Mai that's in Northern Thailand. Their dialect and accents are different! The same for Zee, sometimes when he's speaking Zee has a different dialect because he's from the North.
