It's time for a blender battle! We've pitted Eevee against Cycles and Workbench in a battle to see who's the best blender for you!
Which blender is the best for you? We'll cover the basics of each blender and let you decide who comes out on top! Eevee, Cycles, or Workbench? Who will you choose?
how do cycles compare to other offline renders like octane and vray? also, what's the main purpose or difference between cycles, Eevee, and workbench? is workbench really important or should we just ditch it and focus on only cycles?

Best comparison channel!! I've actually read a lot on cycles, vray, and others but your videos are very clear to understand. Can I recommend a video? I went to sculpt professionally but am torn between 3d coat, zbrush and blender. Allitle help here. I just need one of those. One that has more render options to fit into other pipelines.

So am I able to build my scene and animations with eevee then at the end of my project render with Cycles?

Sure you can. You are on course. A quick tip here. Lighting in evee is a bit off compared to cycles. This issue can be resolved by tuning evee light setting to match cycles. I think that all and you are good to work in evee and render with cycles

Thanks man. Nice to know there is a good use for eevee. But with faster GPUs it's almost realtime in the viewport, especially for not so heavy scenes. DO you think eevee has a future? Have you heard much about what the developers call "Eevee Next"?

Eevee is being developed to become a top industry-level real-time engine. As it stands now, it's the best free real-time renderer you would find out there. Like I said in the video, Eevee's main strength is to allow you to preview heavy scenes without struggle and it's powerful at that. The future for blender and its render engines is very promising.

Eevee is pretty amazing if you know how ot use it. I Changed Cycles for eevee for a couple months now, and the final render is 99% close to Cycles.

What about Octane, is that something to compare to? I Have no idea about rendering yet, I'm a noob but was interested to know what Octane is and how it compares too
