For People Looking for answer to no "Normals" option: The Normals > Auto Smooth panel doesn't exist anymore since 4.1, you need to either Right click in Object mode and choose Shade Smooth by Angle, which will create Mark Sharp on the edges, depending on the Angle chosen in the Operator Box Or right click in Object mode and choose Shade Smooth then give your object a Normals > Smooth by Angle modifier Answer from blender forum
I do love watching other peoples basic tutorials for blender as I am still new, there’s usually something new that can be learned from each persons tutorial! I’ll watch most of it at least if I can :)

I know I am 11 months late, but I found this video and I'm following it. However, I don't see normal when I'm trying to make the shading not look to "mushy". Is it because my version is different? I am using Blender 4.1, and I pressed and did everything you did, but I don't see normal on the side when I press the green triangle. Thanks!
Is there anyway you could make a ghostface mask for Roblox? I tried and just can’t do it I’ve been working for a weeks now and my tiny brain cannot comprehend how to work blender🥲
