Industrial robot KUKA KR210 + Flange + Linear + Gripper+ Armature (Bones)
Robot KUKA KR210 Quantec with big energy supply Flansch , 2 finger gripper And linear axis (8 meters). the robot is fully movable in all 7 axes, all cables and hoses are automated in their movement tracking. the 2 finger gripper can be controlled via a lever. the lever is not rendered. the pressure gauge of the shock absorber and the shock absorber is also animated. the flange can be easily adjusted for other grippers or tools. the robot is well suited for animation, posing and close-ups.
so that the animation goes faster you have the possibility to switch off all the hoses and cables during the animation with one switch.

You are a perfect detail. This is great. I spent weeks trying to do a cable duct move and still couldn't do it. I danced with joy when I found your model on blenderkit. But I want to make this cable channel for my own robot. Is there a tutorial for this?

Maybe it's because the robot is built in Germany? or that I'm German, or that the gripper is built in Germany! it is like it is. Take a look at the model in Blender, you will be surprised when you find the Easter egg!

did you model native blender? Or do a an import then mesh clean up?

Mesh clean up doesn't work well, the only way to achieve good shading quality is to model it yourself. My models are all modeled directly with Blender. You are welcome to download the models for free and examine them. For many models I have the creation documentation on the hard drive. If you have questions about a specific model, I would be happy to see what renderings and viewport images I have. I would be happy to make these images available. @@joachimbornemann6924 yeah I am an engineer in the Cad Cam space, programming automated equipment. I’ve been trying to learn some blender by importing then cleaning the mesh… But it is a very sloppy process. I am interested in the accuracy of your robot arm models and how you achieve that without being able to use dimensions like CAD.

@@Vibratebalance Of course, I look at all possible reference sources when researching, but the actual modeling process is then 100% remodeled in Blender. This is the only way I can achieve the great rendering results that Blender is known for. But this also creates errors, my Blender models are not suitable for production tasks, they are too imprecise for that, but for presentations from a purely optical aspect it is quite good. Many details can be seen from photos of the objects that I modeled anew let it be tiled in. I have 6 years of Blender experience so far. The first robot models are still true, I'll say three classics, but it's gotten better from model to model. I haven't counted, but there should have been around 60 robot and gripper models that I've modeled so far. I create many components using bolean operants and then remesh them by hand using the knife tool. I use a number of working techniques to do this.
