Personaly i didn't use wonderchef but I saw the quality of wonderchef in the shop..it's on you which one you like ,you can go for that..

Check your switch properly, if switch is fine & it's not working then complain in the service center or u can return it and take another piece of blender...I m using this blender in my daily routine and it's working fantastic..some time product can be damage so butter u replace it if it not working
