hey man, i was making an animation with a little spaceship and i just couldn't find a good rocket flame, but thanks to your video, i can finally finish it. Much love!
I guess im randomly asking but does anyone know a method to get back into an Instagram account? I was dumb forgot the account password. I love any tricks you can give me.
@Watson Cade Thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
doesnt work for me in Blender 3.0. Adding vertex group doesnt do anything in 2:40 , completely ignores that settings. Following exactly all steps, all values, maybe even same mouse movement but no joy....
This effect is incredible. It would be interesting if some manufacturer managed to make this type effect on a resin to be used in plastic airplane kits in the scale 1 / 72.1 / 48 and 1/32 to simulate the after combustion of a fighter ... many collectors could make dioramas with aircraft models simulating a takeoff with maximum power
I'm pretty sure that there are crazy people out there who have achieved this already. I saw one of a tank where they made dust trail, and had explosion from the cannon firing that lit up, was really cool to watch how they made it.
The wave modifier doesn't listen to the vertex group selection :( help Edit: Had to change the height of the wave modifier to 10 and not -10. Hopefully doesn't mess something up later on.
This is the most simplistic explanation on how to create things on blender. I've watched hundreds of blender tutorials but non had this explainable exactitude. My channel 'SPACE DYNASTY' is about astronomy but I'm working on a short sci-fi which should premier later this year. I will like to cite you 'JUST PRESS F1' in my cast. Though the download link above is not going, Your teaching is perfectly enough. Thank you.
Thanks for reviving the tutorial of the original poster ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SoYq9pIwVw8.html, he seemed not to bother with updating it, but you should have mentioned you got it from him.. Another guy worked of to resonant pressure waves from the rocket exhaust ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YufGcNDzOng.html. By adding some animation to the resonant points and colors, it should look pretty great
omg thank you soo much actually do you mind if i use your technique on my own project . i promise ill tag your ig or somethin . also i going to subs to ya rn
Hi, thanks a lot for this great tutorial, but I have a question: when I try to repeat what you did with Blender 2.8 and I try to select parts of the mesh I only select the side visible to me, and not the meant one. (for example to remove half sphere when I select I delete a quarterand then I have to rotate and remove the other quarter that was on the "far side". do you know why? thanks
Be sure to have X-ray turned on. That will allow you to select completely through the object. The x-ray button is on the top right corner it looks like two squares overlapping each other.
geometry of sphere doesn't remain constant when I scale it up, as in the edit mode lines are stretched ruining the circular geometry used to limit the effect of the wave modifier, any ideas to fix this?
