This is gorgeous! I don't have a clear idea about the ply but I would love that yarn to have each section of color separated, so the final project would have a gradient rainbow 🤩
Great job, it looks beautiful... I have my rainbow flag hanging from my flag pole in the front of my house for the first time ever... So glad to see you creating rainbows..... Thank you!!! Look forward to see the spinning.. remember pride month is all month.. NYC/Stonewall is celebrated towards the end of the month.. Happy Pride!!!
🌈🌈🌈 another beautiful pride project !! :) im excited to see how you spin this one up and how it compares to your past rainbow yarn ! i also am looking forward to seeing these hopefully worked into a project someday i think it would also be a fun idea to try maybe spinning and using a trans themed yarn ! i always find that palette kind of challenging to work with since the colors are so sweet and light, i worry it always looks like im making something for a baby rather than a pride thing
Thank you! I agree, the trans colors are very pastel and that can be a challenge in a project. I'll work on that idea because I love a good challenge! 😊🌈✨🧶
I'm so excited to see the yarn that comes out of this batt 😍 I'm a relatively new watcher and you inspired me to start spinning yarn myself. I'm getting my blending board sometime next week and i can't wait to make some beautiful rolags and batts for spinning 🥰
This is great. I just acquired a louet and it looks so much more chunky that my existing Russian one. I now know what to use them for. Thanks for the tutorial and I'll have a go using them both.
I've been on a big kick of trying the same prep multiple ways lately. Comparing something like a single, chain ply, and corespun could be neat. Or even different ways of managing the batt. for one method.
Happy Pride! I cant wait to see how you spin it up! I dont know enough about spinning to suggest a technique but I enjoyed watching you run it through the drum carders!
Thank you for this Pride project. I'd love to see it in a 2ply fractal. Maybe not very adventurous of me to suggest but it would keep the rainbow colors more or less intact in the end product. Scott

Oh, I like to see you spin those up in a 3 ply, by one done in a 2 ply from a ball. I like to see 👀 😏 how all the colors blend together in the ply from your 2 ply yarn first 😍, and then from your 3 ply. Then taken last Year's, and comepar them side by side . Let us know how you did 😊 last year, and share how you did different this Year's 😀. I can't wait 😊 to see that next video. By the way I wish I could card as fast as you did in this video, LOL 😆.
@@JillianEve after I asked the question I continued to watch and you mentioned thr tpi on both so I felt stupid for not completely watching the video before asking. Thank you for answering this duh woman anyway. 🙃
I like the idea of a core spun but you have so much floof. I was thinking if you core spun with wire you could do rainbow bracelets as a kind of abandon art project in LGBT+ friendly areas. I also like the idea of spinning the same way you did last year to see the difference in the yarn.
