Thanks for the kind words, Melanie. I'm so glad that found toppers too - they are such an easy transition piece to wear, and the impact of wearing them has been life-changing for me. ❤️
I’ve been using toppik powder since 2014. I like this one the best. I’ve tried pretty much every powder and spray. Sprays tend to be too heavy & can get too messy. I always stick to toppik. Hope this helps!
I actually started with Toppik years ago. Though they work very well, they have ingredients that are concerning for me, which is why I do suggest Clingy (which is all organic) or Boost and Blend. If they work for you- that's totally great. It's all about finding what works for us.
I tried a topper but I think the clips cut a lot of my hair. Has this happened to you? Do you know of any toppers that don’t use clips? Yours look great!
Hey Mary. I'm so sorry that this has been your experience. The quality of the clips matters, as does the weight of the topper. A lot of density on a small cap can definitely impact traction alopecia, as can rough clips. The companies that you'll see me review all pass my clip test - unless otherwise stated in my videos. I hope that this helps!
Oh no! Have you put some silicone spray in your synthetic piece? This piece is human hair. They do require colour touch ups, as colour fades over time, but they do have a very long lifespan. Please let me kmownif you have any more questions! 😊
@@lifebeyondlocks I have not tried silicone spray but I will try that, thank you so much!! Thanks for taking the time to reply. Your videos are super helpful.
