I just tried the Bleu de Chanel parfum yesterday from a sample I received with my order on Platinum Egoiste. What I can honestly say is that it absolutely smashed in terms of longevity and performance, first 3-4 hours it projected heavily and after 8-9 hours it still had moderate projection. I sprayed 4 times, 2 on skin and 2 on clothes by the way. I don't know how the eau de parfum compares but I can highly recommend the parfum version. Not to mention that it has a deep, classy and sophisticated scent.

The bleu Chanel perfume is much better as I stated in one of my last comment it lases all day long even after taking a shower at night it still lingers.
100% agree. In the beginning they are similar, and maybe for the first 2-3 hours, but once the parfums dry down starts to take hold, my god it's one of the best fragrances I've ever smelt. I'm really surprised Jeremy failed to mention this, as I'm sure he'd have smelt the difference when doing the performance test
Jeremy's music choice throughout this video is spot on, his editing and music choices reflects someone who's been serious about this for years. Also the mature end theme music is much more fitting then then the earlier light jingle from before. Keep up the fantastic work, constantly improving and thank you for your authenticity.
One thing about the Parfum - I apply this at 7am before work, and when I get home at 6pm you can still smell it. Granted not as strong as the morning, but its like 85-90%. It lasts like nothing I've worn before
Likewise, I only have the EDT and the parfum, so not sure how good the EDP performance is, but the parfum lasts all day and gets nicer as the bass notes come through more.
@Wolf Sauvage yeah true that bro, my gf loves when I wear blue de Chanel EDP so I wear it when I’m with her usually, but other than that I don’t wear it much. I bought her Chanel chance eau tendre and it smells amazing but again doesn’t last long lol.
I've made all of my fragrance purchases based on your videos Jeremy. I obviously test them out before blind buying most of the time, however I bought Herod, Reflection Man, and Aventus as blind purchases because of you and I could not be happier with them.Thank you Jeremy keep doing what your doing man you truly do help all of us guys who don't know much about fragrances. Actually I believe Bleu Parfum is a more refined version. I can easily smell the difference against the EDP. I would agree that performance is similar to the EDP. But the scent is much more smooth and refined. Specially after an hour or so the difference (at least in my skin) is evident. While this new version is a little bit expensive, to me it is what Bleu should have been from the beginning. A masterpiece.
I love trying different colognes. But I have always been skeptical over peoples description on RU-vid on how good they smell. I think I found the expert. I haven't seen anyone do it better. He goes out of his way and really does a great job.
Parfum imo is the the better out of the 3. I tried eau de parfum first and was not initially impressed but the parfum yet similar had something thats was obviously different to me. I took home the parfum and very happy with the purchase regardless of the price.
There's a difference, but it's not significant. If I already had the EDP, there would be no reason to buy the Parfum. Since I don't have either, I'm about to buy one, and I think I'm going to buy the Parfum. The slight difference is enough for me to spend an extra $30.
I sold my EDP because I thought it smelled like my other 'Blue' fragrances and made it redundant But Parfum takes a different turn to the blue I LOVE it
The classic Bleu de Chanel is the sexiest perfume for men of all time. That's what I think as a woman, I understand that everyone has their own opinion but nothing can beat this perfume for me.

I returned my 150ml edt and bought this and i dont regret it, smell is much more richer and dense. Mysterious, sophisticated. One of my co worker was like dude you smell so good. But I think I will buy edp for everyday use, and perfum for special occasions.
I must say, when I'm first smells the edt, im kind of like it. But after the edp, smells better and after all the Parfum is the perfection! Parfum Is the complete version, way more gorgeous! Must have Parfum...

Jeremy this is more dense and sophisticated than the EDP. They still should have added some extra notes but this one smells the best out of the BDC family

When my first try on bleu de Chanel EDP & Parfum , I like the EDP but I love the Parfum very much. Bleu de Chanel Parfum top note has stronger smell and outstanding then EDP.

Amazing Video!! The eau de toilette do not hold enough in all the day , and indeed the Eau de Parfum smell almost the same at the Parfum ; I switch from Eau de Parfum to the Parfum very quick... and the parfum is just AWESOME!!! My note: 9.9/10 I'm totally addicted to the Bleu de Chanel Parfum and yes it's clearly last longer, but I pay 67€ for the Parfum (50ml) , and it's an authentic one! Thx for the video Jeremy

I can’t believe you say it smells the same This perfume is worth every penny for me It’s the richest fragrance in market right now for me, it smells a lot richer, woodier, it smells so expensive compared to edp Edp smells like a fresh fragrance and that’s pretty much it This is just my new signature perfume, it’s unique, fresh, woody, special, romantic, Masculine, it lasts on my skin for 12 plus hours and i get compliment even after wearing 6 hours
Hes not wrong though- they are very similar. The parfum is just a tad more sweeter and tropical. Switch the ginger with pineapple and you got parfum. That's probably the only change they made it probably only smells significantly different because pineapple is such an energetic note. No different in woods whatsoever. Maybe less smoky than EDP.
I think the fragrance advertisers are willing to pay good money for Jeremy to compliment their fragrances, but Jeremy is making objective reviews, Thanks!
I purchased this online from the Chanel website.. I originally bought the EDP version which was 150, they sent me the Parfum version which is $185!! So I got the Parfum. Idk how I feel about the smell. Watching everyone saying they like it makes me want to keep it and not get the edp version. Idk
I actually prefer the parfum better than the EDP. I ended up returning the EDP. Yes, same DNA and all, but the Parfum is smoother, it smells of sophistication, class and money. 😉😉😉😉 IMO+ get easily 10-12 hrs. That's just me. Love you're reviews Jeremy. Awesome 🤗🤗🤗

I did 4 sprays with the parfum version. Biggest mistake ever. It's very strong. I was walking at work and my boss pull me on one side saying that it still smells 7 metres behind where I walk and he told me off with and I quote ,, next time don't use the whole bottle". It smells good but be careful with it. I didn't tried EDP as I went straight for the parfum one so I don't know how they compare personally. But God, It does smell good. Again, Don't over spray with this one. I think 2 sprays will be enough 😅👍
I RESPECT your opinion Jeremy. I’ve never smelled it but I 100% agree with your opinion because if they smell the same then it boils down to the difference in performance. And the difference in performance probably isn’t worth 150$. I respect that.
I had a love/hate relation with bdc, but when the parfum version came out last much longer on my skin than the edt and edp. So that's why it's my person favourite:)
This video is proof positive that Jeremy will never lie for a perfume company. I don't like the negativity on here saying Jeremy is a commercial or what have you, not one video did he lie or hype up a fragrance unfounded, expensive or cheap.

Just sampled it wasn't a fan it only lasted maybe 2 hours very weak for a oil base .they took out the grapefruit note ..stick with the edt it last longer and smells way better
I was hoping the new Parfum version was gonna have a cream like base, I think a vanilla or caramel note would have really worked with Bleu De Chanel. I love the Eau de parfum but I really wanted something different from Chanel to shake up the Fragrance world.

I cant afford it because im saving my money for a 30 oz bottle of jeremys first fragrance. Of all the times over the last 4 years ive blind bought out of his reccommendations and was always perfect. I know his first release will be the blind buy of the century!
