They most definitely NOT the same beer, rumors notwithstanding. I might give a very slight edge to Coors Light, which is wiped out by the price consideration.
I always drink Coors Light. Yesterday I bought Keystone light because I saw it in Winco and I thought what a blast from the past. Im drinking it tonight and it brings back good memories of when I was young and could only afford Keystone or Lucky Lager.
I've heard people say these two are the same beer. As someone who has drank 10s of thousands of each, trust me they're NOT the same beer. I can pound Coors Light all day and night no problem while not feeling like shlt the following day. Keystone gets more rough the more you drink it. I find myself struggling to get those down by the end of the night. The next day I always felt like garbage from drinking Keystone Light.
I drink Keystone Light because it's cheap, low alcohol and it tastes good. I live and work on my property that's pretty rural. I can drink a few while I'm working and not get to drunk. I buy a few 30 packs and keep them out in my shop. There great for a hot day when you still have some work to do but you can't get plastered. There cheap, so I don't care if my friends help themselves. My more expensive beers I let them know to ask first.
Yeah coors kight is super kight, taste like drinking cold water when its super cold, as for keystone it has a sliight bitter, cereal, beer taste, it drinks good tho, i love it
I work at Molson Coors and they are exactly the same beer. They come out of the same vat. That's why when there was a recall earlier this year it was for these 2 beers. There was a contamination in the brew house and only those 2 were affected.
@@jsenigaglia I'm not sure I don't drink anymore. But I personally load the empty cans into the line and when the run goes from Keystone to Coors the line doesn't stop running. On other lines when they change over they shutdown for a while to change dies for bottles and change beers. Industry inside info we bottle 32 types of beer but there's only 18 recipes. So needless to say there's several "different" beers that have the same recipe. One possibility for the different flavor is being brewed on different days. Quality control isn't what you'd expect. There were 43 trucks that went out with the contaminated beer before they caught it. Got to a few customers before they caught it.
Honestly haven’t had a keystone light since high school when we just bought what was cheap. I will say I liked it better than any of the other cheap beers. Haven’t bought it as an adult so idk how I’d like it now
Me and one of my buddies is celebrating my birthday a few weeks late and As a gag gift today , she got me A fifteen pack of keystone white today and it's not bad
I prefer Keystone only because in my town growing up everyone drinked keystone and only keystone. if you showed up to a party with a case a natty you might end up on the missing person list.
@@jsenigagliaI think it did. Someone posted a link to my video with Ashton Kutcher where they had a skit to where him and another actor were discussing if the beer was the same. I can't remember the show.
