The anime doesn't do a very good job of highlighting it, but that moment where Enri shouts "Get down!" is important. The chain attack was going to hit the goblins. They were not fast enough to dodge it. But when Enri gave the order, they gained a buff that allowed them to obey. Enri has unconsciously gained "commander" skills by being the village chief and ordering her summoned goblins around. That's going to be a big deal later.
I never read the LN but to me it's still pretty clear when I watch the sub, it might be just how the dub mixing it's audio level, but in the sub you can hear something is activated when she yells, especially after the knife scene, it's definitely trying to give the audience a sign about Enri's awakening. Heck, if you watch Overlord reaction mashup, most reactor felt it too and most of them watch it in sub. So it might be just some dub audio mixing thing that they did not do a good job. Again, never read the LN, but to me the anime doing pretty good job, it's just about did you catch it or not.
The Humonculus Maids view the Pleiades Maids like they do "idols", and thus have certain fanbases and favorites among them. CZ Delta is especially popular. And the girl's discussion of Kyouhoukou is rather ironic, given that despite his "gross" appearance, he's one of the more nice and well mannered NPCs(an Area Guardian). The scene in the colosseum actually plays into the Pure Pure Pleiades series. Ainz has Hamsuke training with the Death Knight as an experiment to see if races normally incapable to learning certain class/race based skills, can "cross-class" and learn them. And let's be real, EVERY NPC of Nazarick is attracted to Ainz. Even ones that "don't swing that way".
Actually, it is possible to go wrong. More difficult than other types of meat, but particularly disappointing when it happens. I've had it happen recently, was pretty sad since it's rare to get fancy food like that.
This season has some really obvious production issues but I love each arc here And yes, that moment of Mare smiling after receiving the invitation is most likely because is not that notrmal for him to be part of the boys Finally more Enri! best girl!
Yeah, the arcs in the Carne Village are some of my favorites in the whole story. They are much smaller in scale, but because there are not a lot of OP Nazaric characters involved I can actually feel the stakes, and even more if I try to put myself in their shoes, they ignore most of the things that are happening in the world, so things like a Troll or army soldiers actually feel like a threat and not just fodder like when Ains is present.
Yeah, at one point Solution actually kidnapped the slime Ainz was using to clean himself with, and kept it inside herself. She was really upset he wasn't using her to clean himself. Nice to know Albedo would be immune to the light/white magic of that one guy from fairy tail though.
As a light novel Fan, season 3 is the season I have the most problems with due to it's Production issues and altering of the Pace of entire arcs While such Problems already existed In season 1 and 2 it was Geniunely understandable in the first season because madhouse and Kadokawa could never know if the anime would be a success or failure financially And while Season 2 had Pacing and cut Content issues it showed most of The Relevant stuff with only 2 exceptions Season 3 altered the pace and cut far too many things for my liking And the production issues didn't help either But I still really Like it Both the Op and Ed are still absolute Bangers I hope you'll enjoy it shark It still has some great moments

as far as opening goes I'm always torn between season 3 and season 4. both are unique and just amazing. it's like this when i hear Voracity. I just absorbed into the song with the beat and dark tones. it's my favorite of the themes. But for some freaking reason I find myself listening to Hollow Hunger more than any of them. there just something about it that I can't stop listening.
Who could expect the supreme Overlord himself to be helplessly raped in such a violent way, this anime really shows how harsh reality can be and how horrible home abuse truly is. Overlord representing abuse victims, who would have guessed. And in the same episode when the legendary line "Don your weapons and armor, we shall enter the woman's bath!" was spoken! An episode for the ages.
Yay season 3 this show is so amazing but once you get caught up it will still be awhile before season 5 since the LN is still going but sadly its on the last few Volumes (haven't read the LN) but excited for it and you will need to watch the upcoming movie since it takes place before season 4
Personally, while I have a lot of problems with Season 3, actually enough that I ended up not watching Season 4. The Opening of season 3 is perfection. I still very well remember watching first episode of season 3, the opening started rolling and I was just about to fast forward, and then the music goodness hit me and I didn't skip an opening a single time for this season. It is a super banger
Season 4's production values are way higher than Season 3, though still not impressive for an anime. As always, the light novel is way better. If you like Overlord, the light novel is better at everything that serves as the show's appeal.
@@Shazam1998 The Light Novel doesn't have those, but it does have much more in-depth worldbuilding, character moments, and other elements which the anime must skip to save time. Especially for a series like Overlord, whose characters and worldbuilding are a major aspect of its appeal, that can make a big difference. I'm not saying the anime is outright bad; I really enjoy the soundtrack and voice acting, and sometimes the animation can be good, though it's usually not impressive in that department. Seeing some of my favorite scenes animated is also enjoyable, and the anime helped introduce the series to many more people, myself included. However, the light novel offers more of what makes the series great. The more you read, the more your imagination improves. As your imagination improves, the lack of visuals matter to you less and less, since you're creating your own visuals and voices in your mind anyway. I know this isn't related to Overlord but does anyone know if Shark is going to react to the latest episode (Final season part 3) of Attack on Titan? Or if he has watched it already? I'm a bit confused about it, considering he has reacted to all the other seasons and episodes so far. Besides that, I am happy to see Shark continue with the Overlord series.
Just guesstimating here so take everything with a grain of salt Personally with how packed the schedule will be going forward I don't see shark reacting to aot s4 part 3 for a while. All the slots are for the most part filled up with shows for the foreseeable future. If you want to know what I think, he'll realistically wait till the second half is out then react to both in a single video at a random point in the future. Probably November or if we're lucky late October.

Yeah, I still very much dislike the way the dub pronounces the names... Just sounds so dumb when you compare that to the original japanese pronunciation... Especially Renner's pronunciation in the dub ticks me off.
