The HZRDUS PX is an absolutely terrible stick, garbage for everything, and I hate to credit Bauer, but the AG5NT is actually a really good twig. Just as good as the Trigger 7 Pro. I highly advise that you don't watch "hockey influencers", as they don't want to say anything bad about sticks in fear of the big brands getting mad at them. I'd highly advise watching smaller channels that provide unbiased reviews, like Beer League Bum hockey reviews, where they actually test durability and use it for a while in real world scenarios rather than one ice session and saying it feels good.

@@louiefriesen I'm actually subbed to beer league bum, and I haven't seen any reviews from any "influencers" I've just seen 2 reviews from 2 small channels, beer league bum saying its terrible and another guy that I don't remember his name saying it was really good, so I'd like to see what HT thinks of it

@@yeetuspeetus6598 HT never wants to say anything bad except for when the new version comes out. ie the T5P. In the T5P vs T4 video, tommy said they were quite similar. In the T5P vs T6P video he said he hated the T5P and that the T6P was a big improvement. But he also has said that he really liked the T4. That's why I almost never watch HT anymore and unsubbed.

Would be cool i expect the bauer to mop the floor cause of the True sticks reviews but who knows

I use both the FT5P and T7P (with exact same specs) and definitely notice the differences. And yeah, definitely differences between batches of the same stick/specs.

@@mikeulyas5392 FT5P definitely comes with a different feel in the blade; it feels "dampened" compared to the more "direct contact" of the T7P. When combined with the hybrid kick point of the FT5P (as it requires more power from the player to really deliver those shots) it makes the stick feel a bit less effortless. It's still a very good stick with great feel, it's just that the T7P appears to provide better puck feel and you can't beat the low kick point (and T7P is a bit lighter as well); that's my oppinion. I'm positive I'd be able to feel a difference in a blind test, and while I'm not a professional player, the T7P definitely better suits my type as an offensive D player. As for clappers, the FT5P beats the T4P, T6P, and also the T7P but we don't play with clappers in our league so .. there's that. Mind that there's a "significant" difference in blade thickness between the Trigger and Jetspeed blades - check it out @ imgur.com/a/GwdINpg (so picking up the puck is harder with the FT5P)

@@andersborum9267 Thanks man, Im a relatively 2 way winger so I obviously need a quick release in my shots, Ive been using the trigger 6 for a few months and it changed my game as my first top of the line stick and low kick stick, but Im yet to try any other stick with the same specs. Ive been trying to decide between a trigger 7p or ft5p as a new main or runner up to it and I was interested to see if the hybrid kick’s power and release combo does compare to the release yet still good power you can get off a trigger so your comment helped me a lot and Im thinking of going trigger just because I literally never take big slap shots just wind up wristers/snappers so I dont really need a hybrid kick as long as I can get enough power out of a low kick which obviously if you know how to use it you will so Thank you for taking the time to write that tho, its good to finally have an unbiased, detailed understanding from just another player rather than somebody on youtube who’s sponsored by either brand

the trigger 7 pro has a bit better puck control and a slightly harder shot for that reason, its also more durable because of sigmatex so yes overall the 7 pro is better but not by a significant amount

al mac innis. sher-wood pmp 7030 during the calgary years, followed by easton aluminum. mike bossy, titan, various models.. brett hull, easton. aluminum shaft with wood/fiberglass blade, also with those black lines made of graphite under the fiberglass.. oh, & a couple guys named gretzky & lemieux. from titan/jofa for both, to easton for gretz & koho for lemieux. a great experiment would be to get these older sticks in perfect condition (hard to do) & testing them against these modern twigs. anyways, it's skill, not tools. i play billiards, some guys think a 500$ cue makes them better. psychology can have some benefits, but it always comes down to talent & dedication.
