Blinded By White Sands In The Desert 

I was just looking at some of your older videos and saw this. Oh my gosh! My husband and I used to live in Alamogordo, and at Holloman Air Force Base, for 2 years, when he was in the Air Force. He worked at the 49th Transportation Unit, but i had a government job as a civilian on base at the Non-appropriated Fund Financial Management Office there on Holloman. We were stationed there from 1980 thru 1981. Then we moved back home to beautiful NC. My husband wanted to stay there in NM, but I hated the desert. I loved the green green grass of home... North Carolina!!! We have been to White Sands, and all of the places in your video footage. Thanks for sharing, as I have not been back to visit there in over 37 years! Whoa! That's a long time! But getting to see the area through your videos brought back beautiful precious memories! I truly loved watching this video!😊❤ I'm so excited to see your premiere of your new homestead tonight! I'm so so happy that you're home!!!

I was at this same hill that your family was on when I was 18. We took some big pieces of cardboard and slide down the hill. Just like sliding down a snow covered hill. It was so fun.

I think you need to wax your slides with surf board wax to get them going. Still good fun, though! 😊
