Few thoughts after watching this 1. Vidit's genius is indisputable. But it's also endearing to see him laugh and relate to the jokes that we do too. 2. For those of you who haven't followed chess as a sport before samay raina's streams, all GMs can play blindfolded. And it's safe to assume all super GMs (2700+) like Vidit can play multiple games simultaneously bindfolded. In fact the world record for most simultaneous blindfold games (48) is set by Timur Gareyev who is a 2600+. What helps a blindfold player is if the game follows a particular known structure. If the opponent makes nonsensical moves outside of standard theory while maintaining near equality, the GM will have a hard time keeping track of the position. 3. The post match analysis that Biswa did after his game by consulting a Super GM like Vidit would usually be charged upwards of $100/hr . I hope Biswa understands what he is getting here for free :) Can't wait to See Anish Giri and Botez tomorrow!

Quite surprising that people underestimate GM. They remember the game just by position. So playing blindfold is not difficult for them Worked very hard for to achieve this. So it is almost impossible for any ordinary chess players to defeat GM Even GM gap of 300+ is quite difficult. Watch Nakamura vs nihal. Nakamura crushing nihal like any IM But nihal is also GM Even for player like vidit, to beat magnus, caruana is very difficult task Hum to IM ko bhi high respect dete hain Super GM like vidit to alag level ke hai

chess is the most interesting game in world, at 1.09.58 Biswa mentioned Mikhail Tal, his games were no less intense and mysterious than best thriller movies in world.

It's easy to remember the colour.. if the combination of the alphabet and number is odd-odd/even-even then the colour will be black and if it is odd-even/ even-odd then it will be white.
