It's a jungle out there when it comes to different hot sauces, so the Spice King has to get a bit of training here and there. If I fail at guessing the hot sauce correctly, I have to eat a spoonful of mayonnaise. How many blindfolded taste test sauces and peppers do you think you would have got right?
