It's a shame that they abuse this theme to hell in the most recent seasons. I would appreciate it more if they saved this for the big votes. I guess the idea is that they want every vote to seem impending at this point.
You know some serious double-crossing blindside is about to commence when this theme plays in the background. Gives me chills each time as it definitely increases the suspense.
One vote Rupert, one vote Monica, one vote Brenda, one vote Ralph, one vote Bill, one vote Edna, one vote Brett, one vote Jay, one vote Natalie, one vote Danielle, one vote Artis, one vote Penner, one vote Andrea, one vote Jerri, one vote Dawson, one vote Candice, one vote Sarita, one vote John, one vote Tyson, one vote Jeff, one vote Matt, one vote left. The first person voted out of Survivor, Cirie. Laura, you need to bring me your torch. Laura, the tribe has spoken. Corinne, it's time for you to go.
Anyone have an idea when they started using this song? I know for a fact they have used it way before season 19 started. I heard it once in Cook Islands and I think I may have heard it somewhere in Guatemala, but they didn't use it for a big blindside or anything. I've gone through both soundtracks for those seasons and I have not heard it there.
Josh Ochs Yeah, they played it for the first time after Willard was voted in Palau at a double tribal, but it has never been released in an official soundtrack, so you won't find it anywhere but here! Also, the music as they walk into Tribal for this video appeared first in Survivor China E3, I believe.
Josh Ochs The first time I heard it was in Survivor Tocantins Episode 4, but it wasn't used for voting. It was used as build-up music to Tribal as Stephen contemplates voting out Sydney over Sandy
