I don't think you are cheap, you have spent over a hundreds of dollars on supplies, equippment, and your time which can't be measured by dollar and cents and you are showing us how to make something absolutely beautiful. We thank you for all you do , we appreciate everything you do. You get the Crown 👑 💕 🌺
You are so much fun I know I'm so glad I found you. I have learned so much from you. I am a 77-year newbie. I wish I would have known about this sooner. You remind me of the enthusiasm of my youth. Keep trucking on girl you are doing fabulous. I love your work.
Thanks sooooo much 🥰 I'm glad you found me 🥳🥳🥳🥳 I didn't realize how much fun I would be having and I have this problem I can talk hahahah. Thanks so much for watching . Hope your staying safe 🥰🥰🥰🥰🇨🇦🇨🇦
Thanks sooooo much and thanks for watching. Yes crafting can be expensive. Keep your eyes open at different dollar stores. I get some spray paint, glitters, and canvases. 😍😍😍🇨🇦
Ohhhh. My 😀. Stunning. I am a former born and raised Winnipeger. Then in 1995 I moved to Hawaii for 10 years. This painting reminds me of the ocean meeting the sand in Hawaii. I need this for my now Texas home!! Beautiful 😍
That is so pretty. Didn't know you could buy broken glass. I never did like working with glitter. I always thought it was messy. Lol. Even though I think it's pretty. I'd like that chunky glitter. Now I'm getting ideas on if I should add it to my Zentangled Drawings. Hmmm. See watching other people's art. Gives you insperation and ideas for your own Art Work. 💖 Maybe little glass mirrors on that blue thing you painted.
Thanks sooooo much. Yes I love watching others I'm always trying to change thing up and that usually means how to add sparkle hahahaha. Thanks so much for watching 🥰🥰🇨🇦 would love to see your art 🥰🥰🥰
I painted my canvas Rose Gold and did get the zig zag effect using Elmers glue, dropping my broken glass and glitter the same way you did and it turned out the same as yours. You don’t have to do it piece by piece. I’ve also used Mod Podge. I’ve never even thought to use epoxy. Great job! I love your work and your channel!
Thanks sooooo much and thanks for watching. When I was doing I new that the resin would hold everything so I never tried anything else lol. Glad it works 😍😍😍🇨🇦
Fantastic! I can’t wait to try this! Great idea using the Elmers and Mod podge .. I think I have some of that here ... The thought of the Resin kind of scares me 😳..that seems like too much thinking 🤣
The Rustoleum 2X paints are wonderful! I've used some of the "plain colors" for outdoor furniture and it's stood up very well for several years. And once in a while Dollar Tree gets Rustoleum Never Wet which is really great - and it's much better to pay $1 than $17!
I love your show. You are so much fun to watch. You have wonderful ideas. I am trying some things that you have done.. I am also learning so much from you. And I love it when you shop for things, that are good deals from the Dollar Tree and Dollar Stores. Keep up the good works and you make me laugh.. We need more people like you to cheer us up. Thank you so very much for just being you. I have family in Canada and I loved spending time in Pickering Ont. and shopping in the stores that we do not have here.. Again thank you
That was the most fun I’ve had in a while! Love the glitter..my grandchildren will be so excited to know we can still play with glitter together. I loved your video and look forward to watching many more!!
Beautiful!.... i’ve been looking for broken glass for years ever since i saw a project on Christopher Lowell’s show .... remember him from the 1990’s! 💕 The artist on the show actually used a broken windshield. The piece was awesome.
The main (or last) one is the BEST in my opinion. It is gorgeous! I think resin would spoil it. In my opinion it is a work of art and should retain the texture and reflection of the glass and 'glitters'.
Beautiful. When I start leaving the house I will have to make a list of the products you used and where you bought them. My bathroom is calling for this.
Love the last thing the most. It reminds me of sunlight glittering on the open deep ocean. So pretty. And I wouldnt cover it in resin. The glitter will loose most of its sparkle.
I'm new to your site, and in love with what I've seen of your beautiful, beautiful art work! I found you by hitting on your page by mistake and it was a pleasurable mistake!
OMG how beautiful is that, thank you so much Sherry...was never going to resin but I mightjust have to give it a go..truly beautiful as are your other works of art.🌹
MUTHER FREAKING STUNNING~ OMG 😲 I AM IN 💘 WITH ALL THAT FAAABULOUS SPAAARKLE!!! I DO have Thee Actual GLASS GLITTER... the Clear is SUPER Shiny (it comes in a few colors but the paint has NO Sparkle Or Shine~ of Zero Use to me!) And it's totally fun. BUUUT, I ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE THAT BROKEN MIRROR! AAAND, OML, THAT UNBELIEVABLE, INCREDIBLE CHUNKY BLUE/GREEN GLITTER THAT YOU SHOWED!!! NOW, to get down to The REAL Reason I'M HERE: YOUR PAINTING CAME OUT BEYOND BEYONCE (I don't know what TF THAT MEANS exactly, but when I typed in "beyond" the Other Word/Name Also came up~ And, well, I actually DO THINK THAT IT REALLY DOES WORK AS A SAYING ABOUT SOMETHING THAT'S TOTALLY EXTRA! YOU DO TONS OF SUPER FUN, FABBY, SPARKLY, 🐝~U~T~FUL 💩 AND I JUST 💘 TO WATCH AND BE INSPIRED! Take care, Stay safe & Be Well~😻
All I can say is WOW you are "Beyond Beyonce" this is a nice way to wake up 😍😍😍😍😍 I do love all the glitters now the chunky teal glitter was from Michaels the brand is Spin it and the broken glass is from Michaels as well it's by Ashland decorative filler 😍lol thanks soooooooo much and thanks for watching 😍🇨🇦
@@ntyler71 she mentioned she purchased them from Michael's Craft Store I believe its Ashland Brand Decorative Filler. She also mentioned that its made from glass and it can cut your hands if your not careful when using it.
Kat Rogers...OMG... You're Personally Really Shines through, even just Typing!!! Such a Fun and Refreshing Comment LoL 😁 Gad, I Wish you had a Few Clones for Sale 🥰🤣🤣... ORRR, You Lived In Oklahoma City, OK! I Feel We'd ALL Benefit from Having You in Our Life!!!🥰 Be Safe and Stay Fun Kat!🤩💟
Beautiful!! ❓WHY DID YOU “HEAT” the resin ... in the beginning? ❓ Did you mix something with your resin...or is it another product that you mixed & it BECAME resin?
This Bling Bling Bling!!!!! Turquoise, silver, broken glass and glitter painting. Video # 71 is what drew me to your page I love the beautiful colours and sparkle in this picture and i have since been watching all of your fantastic videos and have been so inspired that i myself am going to have a play and try to give some a go. Not sure how this will go as I have never used resin or done anything like this but I myself am a major lover of anything BLING! l Love anything that sparkles so hopefully i can achieve something kind of nice to look at at least. Please keep the videos coming so that we can all continue to be inspired. Love Your WorK!!
Thank you !!! I have been working on a piece for about a year. could not figure out how to do what I wanted. You just showed me how ! Thank you thank you thank you !
🥰🤗Absolutely gorgeous!!!! Turquoise, silver and gray is the color of my spare bedroom, so this will be perfect in there, I am definitely going to make this!! Thanks for sharing!!!🥰👍🏽
Omgee, I watched you for the first time! You popped up, Sherry Moulton, My daughters name is Sherri Moulton, I’m like what? Lol Your work is beautiful! How do you keep spray paint from running?, And you can use this technique on paint pours?? Ok, too many questions, as time allows I will try to watch and learn more, this is just beautiful, glad I found you❤️✝️🥰
Awesome video, Sherry. I made a dragonfly out of wire years ago, minus the resin at my local bead store and it turned out great. Thank you for sharing with us. Enjoyed your video.
I have never used the glass before, afraid of ppl touching the design and cutting themselves. are the edge's covered with epoxy then to prevent that? this is beautiful!
You could cover it with resin but you do loose alot of the sparkle not sure if you checked out my newest video I show the difference. Yes you can cut yourself but they shouldn't be touching the paintings lol. Thanks so much for watching hope this was helpful 🥰🇨🇦
Sherry, first time here so I have a lot of catching up to do. I'm 65, have no children who care about my mom's crystal and my crystal and goblets, and so many knick-knacks. This particular generation does not want clutter and does not appreciate or want to care for stuff like that. Instead of letting it go, I had thought about breaking it all up and sorting the pieces (after photographing and making any historical notations first). It sounds atrocious but I'd rather do that than let it all go, even though we're not that ancient and do use it at Christmas. Do you know anything about how real crystal, thin and/or thick, would work in art pieces (besides the safety issues). Thanks. Sorry so long. You inspired me today.
Thanks sooooo much 🥰 yes I think I you could use them some of these glass pieces are big . Would love to see them when your done. Thanks so much for watching 🥰🇨🇦
Your idea of breaking up your vintage pieces made me gasp in horror and then start thinking. I'd love to see the results if you do. But still, you do say it's used at the holidays..... Are you positive no one wants it? A neice, nephew, cousin? If you're sure no one in your family wants it, it makes some sense to use it for something else beautiful. Alternatively, I don't know if you're in the US, but you might want to check out Replacements. They sell, and sometimes buy, china, glass and crystal. Also Ebay, of course. Think hard before you take an irrevocable step. Best wishes.
dm6565 I’m so sad your kids don’t appreciate your crystal. I have my grandma’s glasses from her wedding and I love love love them. They remind me of her. Please don’t destroy them!
Oh my gosh Sherry, hi from the Westcoast of Canada 🇨🇦 😍 I'm healing from breast cancer. I did a fundraiser last year and wanted to do a drop paint thank for those who gave. I'm a christian and I believe God gave me a beautiful vision of what to make. It was done in pinks, whites and reds reoresenting "by my stripes you are healed"...but there was a fine shiny but chunky element to it...that I couldn't find to add. So i prayed and asked "if you want me to do this Lord then you will show me what to use" Sherry, it was the broken glass and glitter! Your painting #65 would be it but in the colors I mentioned!!! Im soo exvited to do this, maybe wow....I even think it was 7 months ago I was thinking of this vision! Thats when this is dated! Very cool. You made my day! God bless and bravo!!
SNOW?? Its 85 degrees Fahrenheit here in the Sunshine State, Florida, USA. I noticed this was posted a month ago. Did you get snow? I LOVE this piece I'm heading back to Michael's.. I've been there 3 times in the last week lol
Wow.. I can't imagine. I have a son that lives in Seattle and he said it rarely snows there, which really surprised me. I love this beautiful technique.. I am trying something slightly different.. your videos inspire me. :-) take care
Yeah, good old Ontario🤣🤣🤣. I live in Ontario, Canada as well, the weather is nuts🤪 Thanks for the video! Love how this project looks, can't wait to get my hands on the crushed glass. I have seen a few projects involving that stuff and I LOVE the way it looks♥️♥️♥️♥️🇨🇦🍁
I kno how u feel with using lil batches of resin. so expensive even with the coupon. and plus the closest craft store to me is 40 to 50 mins away. it sucks cuz there are so many projects I wanna try but afraid to waste it. lol
Hi, Just found your channel and I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE PIECES--Your did a super amazing job. I do have a question. On the finished piece it looks like where the glitter and glass did not stick, you can see the lines of the resin--it may just look that way from the angel you are showing it. Can you see spots where there is no bling and only the resin? If so can they be covered after it has dried or what do you do about it? Thank You so so much for sharing your beautiful talent--I am so excited to go watch your other videos. Blessings
Thanks sooooo much and thanks for watching. Yes if there are spots where the nothing is on the resin you could reapply some resin and glitter on top. 🥰🥰🥰🇨🇦
Thanks sooooo much and thanks for watching. I dont cover the whole canvas I only cover where the 2 colours meet. So you dont use very much resin the 10x20in I use only 1/2 oz for the whole peice. Now not sure where you live but I just loaded a new page on my Amazon shop so here is my USA link www.amazon.com/shop/sherrymoulton Thanks sooooo much for watching 🥰🥰🥰🇨🇦
