I love how this song's lyrics were written. Travis said that Neighborhoods should contain a song in a similar vein to "I Miss You". With this in mind, DeLonge wrote references to "I Miss You", "Always" and "All of This", all tracks from the band's previous effort: "I can't find the best in all of this / but I'm always looking out for you / 'Cause you're the one I miss."

Has to be on of the most underrated Blink 182 songs. I don't think I ever heard this one on the radio when Live 105 were promoting Neighborhoods back in 2011. Fantastic album, overall. But this was my all time favorite song of the bunch.
I'm literally hearing Blink's new stuff for the first time, frankly, I like it. I'm glad to see they've gotten out of the hangover from the whole emo thing that went on for a few years. They sound like Blink used to before that weird and awkward period. I'm happy to see them back with their original style, but with a level of maturity on top. They've done superbly well from what I've heard so far :)
You're right. It is definitely more Old-Blink styled, of course with mixture of their growth over the years. Such as a bit of +44 and AVA on the side. It's cool. I finally sat down and listened to the full Neighborhoods Album for the first time last night and I thoroughly enjoyed it. :)
I love my mum. Not only because she's a great mother, but because, for as long as I can remember, she's always been singing a Blink song, there's been a CD by them in the car, or Kerrang! Radio had been on. Thank's so much mommy for making sure I'm one of the few 13 year olds who listens to the best type of band! :D Blink 182 forevarrr♥ :)
@@dubhudz I stopped when Tom left. That's just not my Blink without him. So I only listen to his era. Thankfully, we have this and Angels and Airwaves. Tom's voice is my childhood... was listening to them before fkin puberty hit ffs... I will always love Blink. Being an adult is shit, btw. Responsibilities and consequences?!... it's bull... could be the way they sound, the meanings behind all their songs, the way they have songs that make you smile and laugh, make you feel not so alone, or just entertain, or maybe its the memories you had while listening to them, wanting to relive them. that's my explanation for why i love these guys....nothing will change that....
this song makes me think of my ex gf/my best friend I've known since I was seven I'm 28 now havnt seen her in awhile but this song def makes me think of her
it is true because my friend was there and heard the entire story and he's a huge fan of blink-182 so trust me he wouldn't make it up. they still have awesome music though

@dallasbarnhill well to sleep on and off is what i do often i wake up and sleep several times , so sleeping on and off makes sense but if its meant to be more of a romantic song arm in arm would make sense too
