You get the idea that South Korea is saying, "Great, Russia is training North Korean forces now." Makes you wonder if this is to help Russia stay in the war by using Korean soldiers, reducing the chance that the Russian people will stop supporting it or is this a way to help North Korea prepare for something entirely else on the down lowish or in plain sight.
