Such a great review my man. This one seems to be one of the best sub $200 I've ever seen. I really appreciate all of your reviews hope you keep doing this.
Hey Mr Jayce, I am considering buying one of the projectors of your top list, but what bonders me is that I am not sure what kind of gray screen I should get to an LCD projector, are all the screen universal or do I have to choose a specific one? Also I've noticed that for the presentation of the projectors in the daylight you are using a white screen wich is not ideal for ambient light right? Gray screens work better for that matter and would those projectors be brighter if using a gray screen?
Most budget ones are generic. Yes, white screen is not meant for daylight. Please refer to this video - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lx9Lp8HGWwE.html
Hi bro! As far as i know the v4 is the best of the the blitzwolfs. My question is, do you think this one or the aun akey6 is the better projector all in all? Thnx your reply!
Is there any better projector sub200$ based on brightness for movies atm? In your chart v4 is lower from v5 seems strange.. Also your purchase links are sold out unfortunately 😕
ty for your reply, now the link works.. as for the score v5 is above v4 in your ranking chart based on fan noise level mainly and doesnt loose from ansi lumens (-50 from v4) also v5 has only vertical keystone correction and worse uniformity.. have you consider to have 2 scores? one based only on picture reproduction and the others on qol features?@@jayceooi
ty for your reply, links are working now, seems strange to me that fan noise is the only real criteria that v4 looses from v5.. have you considered a score based only on picture?@@jayceooi
Just something i noticed today I went through the settings sharpness adjustment makes it a little too soft and blury. Also any advice please for the HDMI ports I am worried about straning the HDMI port the weight of the cable pulls the socket a little. I think I noticed some interuption of the signal when I got close to the four hour usage time the manual recommends.
@@jayceooi I use a camera tripod from Hama the Star 62 and a projector tray but I want to change to using the thread. Do you know what thread size these are? I find a lot of different M and A size thread letters and numbers but it isn't clear which size they used. Thanks for all these awesome replies and videos :D I actually found using a rotation HDMI adaptor solved the problem I was able to remove the strain.
Jayce, Do you know a place where I can find firmware database for any kind of projectors? Mine has a problem with refresh rate that can't run smoothly in 60hz, so I want to test other similar firmwares just to see if this could be fixed. Ok, I know chances of bricking the projetor is high too 😂
Nope. Each projector has it own unique firmware even the same model from the same OEM. So getting it from your seller is the best option. For example, V4 is not totally the same as VP1.
Android is based on Linux. V4 is powered by Android actually but don't have app store. And you can't install APK too. So projector companies call them Linux. Mainly due to copyright issue. 😅
Good catch. I started to use NAS to play this video tests wirelessly. So having this issue. Will use back local drive like previously. Projectors have nothing to do with it. 😅
@@jayceooiWhich has a bigger DMD chip? Since you took out the ANSI Lumens value for 2 Pro, is it still "True 1300 ANSI Lumens" vs 700 ANSI (actual 491)? These 2 specs are the most important to me.
