any spells from hero power are permanent by default and stats from shellemental are permanent

Spells are always temporary unless stated otherwise. Same with stats gained during combat.

8:00 Actually, this is not fine :) The play was to use golden spells on Zesties, then permanent one on unit on board then golden one on unit in shop. The unit in shop is the same size (1+2+2=2+2+1), but the permanent spell is bigger
