Block Fortress War. Failing to create a balanced 2 vs 2 matchup

I talked about one of the players about balanced matchups and this was one we both agreed on. It definitely wasn’t balanced though as Brute could easily kill Radioactive while he was stunned and General has too hard of a time to reach level 5.
