The camera man is excellent! From his magic finger-wipe that inexplicably leaves the camera lens crystal clear, to his amazing shots that make us feel like we are right there - top notch job!!
Time for someone to get hold of the city and get that concrete "ditch" cleaned out. There's a lot of debris and build-up of silt on the edges, and it's blocking the pipes that drain into it. Phillip the cameraman has made his money today by getting wet more than once. lol Great job on getting it started working again, and you do see the massive buildup in there too. Fantastic job and I'm loving the double barrel action!!! Thank you!!!
Double barrel to the rescue!! That is my new favorite tool. That thing means business too. Great camerawork..you put us where we want to be! Thank you for sharing.
I love everything about this guy. His walk, his rat named Ratty, how he feeds Ratty corn, his dedication to getting covered in shit. It's really amazing.
excellent video 😀. great a whole video of double barrel and accompanied by some bitter mates 😄. The channel where the drain is blocked is quite covered which can cause problems with the time. greetings .
How is it that with one or (at worst) 2 wipes of the camera lens with a dirty glove, the cameraman restores perfect vision. If I try that with my glasses while wearing work gloves it looks like someone cleaned them with a chicken fillet!
RJJFavorites I know, right? If I clean my glasses with that little cloth you are supposed to use I still can’t get them as clear as he does with a dirty glove!!
Firstly I just recently found your videos and I’m addicted honestly been binge watching for 2 days now lol , secondly please watch your back lifting like that you will hurt yourself from someone who’s put her back out recently and is now left with massive problems all because I didn’t lift properly it’s not worth it . And third love the videos
Please look after your back, you only have one of them. (Coming from a person with a bad one, from gearboxes, engines, etc.) No reason to struggle with those grates- there was even a random forklift that could of broke it loose in the background if all else failed.
post 10 is a fraud he dont dunk his arms shoulder deep in shit water bare skin and all and eats poo corn like real plumbers, like ollie and ratty the dynamic duo m8
"We're just gonna come here, sweap it all along this way, come here, then all the way over there" Hm sounds like a nice plan "And then just sweap it right into the mains" UUHHHH MATE
Any bets that the large trap is a later addition, possibly put there on order of the municipality? That's an industrial site, so the rain will be washing oil, diesel and all sorts off the roadways and aprons. The trap is there to catch that sediment, and is designed to be emptied once in a while, so that the run off isn't contaminated. Here in the UK we'd call the sludge gulper in. Same thing on the roads, each grate usually has a deep trap, which should be emptied about once a year or so. Just a thought.
You need a high lift jack to pull those grates up and off. The come in 2 foot tall sizes all the way up to 7 feet I think, but the 2 footer with a 3 ton chain or 5500lbs tow strap and a 2"by12" piece of wood for the base to keep the jack from digging into the ground or pavement.
need to make a quad barrel with two pressuer pipes on it one for aiming forward and the other backwards then have both on at same time to really clean them pipes
The water and silt level of the canal being drained into is at nearly the same level as the drain. It will never drain correctly until that canal is dredged.
When you get a grate that won't pick up, I would jet spray around it to clear all dirt and pebbles. It should come out easy after that. One minute has passed and now I see I posted too soon. You did blast it with water. Good job.
