You are within your rights to charge a call out fee given the distance, time and tolls ....time is money! If we got called out(given was 100km drive to get there) it was a minimum 3hr charge whether work got done or not.

I had a customer get mad that I showed up 10 minutes early one time. There's a culture of people who want to barter after the job is done because it's common in their home country. They don't want to pay what was agreed upon when the appointment was made. I just get my tools out and start undoing what I did for them. They pay up quick.

Wait, so was that human waste stuck in the pipe initially? I could see what look like wads of toilet paper but all the pale yellowish stuff looks like congealed fat. Also, I love that that homeowner is just standing there watching. Must not be effected by the smell either.

When it comes to cleaning after, to what extent are you liable and where does professional courtesy start? Since you made the mess clearing it does that mean you have to clean and sanitize after or is it technically the customer's responsibility to clean everything after you've gone?

The customer is the one with a blockage and they contacted me to clear the drain. If I think there is going to be mess I give them the heads up before I start so they understand

Nothing worse then being screwed around, like how hard is it to make a phone call, at least you did the right thing, I raged like a crazy person at a tradesman when he checked twice that I was going to be home and I had to take time off work to be home when he was available (which I later found I missed a huge job offer intersate). He didnt turn up, didnt call, and didnt take my calls, and a week later he told me he had a higher paying job to go to and took it cause money is important. The interstate job I missed out on was going to net me over $1.5k in bonuses for being away from home. Most ppl are c..nts

A Call, we have a Block!! In the cellar a full Drain, hard how Concrete. You open the Fall drain, a springtide from above. To belove Hard hard the Nozzle have Problem! Then Paper and Roots make the Block!. Unblock and Wash the Cellar the Terrace with Desinfect. A great Work
