On this job, DA hops around like a gazelle, is friendly to strangers, uses protection, and deciphers not-so-ancient stone carvings. He’s the best and so is the channel. Cheers from South Florida.
I have seen Plumbers Work before in the US but you take Plumbing to an Entirely Different Level in your Country of Australia. Very Impressive, Ollie. WOW! 🤔👍🙏
I've noticed from several of his videos that some of those drainage systems looked to be designed by graduates of M. C. Escher school of impossible constructions.
paying homage to NY Drains... "flowing like a river"... Good work Ollie! BTW, I am remined that today my neighbor had a visit from the guy who replaced his sewer pump 3 weeks ago. The system backed up and was "perking" in the yard again. It's a small town and within 30 minutes a septic pumper showed up, along with a crew from the guy who installed the system 35 years ago. The workers had stopped by the office and picked up a property map of the install. Within 20 minutes they poked enough holes in the yard to verify the system was full of wipes... all the way out into the leach fields, which is a shallow, hand dug ordeal. Guessing the wipes have been ground up by the pump for years and now the fields are chockers. If the schedule is clear, I'd say they will be hand digging new fields tomorrow... or wait till after the holiday weekend here in the states. It's only a pair of 20 footers with stone, but up on a hill so will need lots of manpower to haul block and rock. The next question is the location of the neighbors well. Needs to be 75 feet away from that. Good thing I was home sick and lived there years ago while it was installed, or nobody would know what to tell the current owner! Yeah, small town stuff!
That's all those wipes are good for. Way out here in the country in the deep south, we don't even flush toilet paper. It's bagged daily and put in the trash for solid waste disposal. 40+ years on my septic system and the tank has never been pumped. My friend bought an old farm house for renovation that was occupied by a single woman with 3 girls. Guess what condition their septic was in?? Full of wipes and white rats.
Wow what an adventure today a 3 for 1 drain feature. When you retrieving those roots it seems like the last job you had. Ollie I know sometimes you have to Face your job but when you were pulling the roots out your face was millimeters from Corn 🌽 too close for comfort lol 😂. From clearing the drains to what seems that you were sliding down the grass you were showing your acrobatics today lol 😂 Awesome job as always and you used NY Drains line at the end “Flowing Like A River” I know Don appreciate it. I watch his channel as well. Ollie thank you from the bottom of my heart You’re The Man. and have a Blessed One Sir.
The Power of the Cutter and High Pressure Water will Destroy anyone’s Day and especially the Nuisance Roots that Don’t have anything better to do in life. 😬👍
BT and access points were all either buried, covert, or had a stick in it. No worries, Ollie has seen (most) everything. Love to see the DC-43 make quick work of the roots out to the street!
Another outstanding video. So enjoy watching you work. I find that your adventures are always interesting and fun. Thank you for sharing and your work. You put into the videos, never miss them. From your fan in the USA 🇺🇸
Te sigo desde la comunidad valenciana Torreblanca Castellón España y me gustan todos tus programas , los que más los que son subtitulados en español , haces un gran trabajo y te admiro por tu carácter tan alegre , enhorabuena campeón.
In the end the problem was lots of roots. Getting to them was a great deal of investigative work. Excellent camera work to help to excise the chockered drain with the DC43. Nice work Ollie!
Hi Ollie. Good job again, of course. I though it was Rhinos and elephants that’s like mud baths but apparently Ratty likes ‘em too. Cheers for another good video!
I thought for sure you were going to probe that gusher at the beginning. It’s always the old woulda-shoulda-coulda hindsight that you learn from though! Another good video, and another pleased customer, cheers Ollie 🍻
When I worked for the city we did smoke testing, being near Houston TX, the rains caused severe sewage overflows, EPA fines, the problem was too many broken pipes, so the city smoke bombed the sewer and filmed every ones service line, if you had a leak you had to fix it. Some people didn't get the memo and freaked out when the smoke came out the vent pipes in the houses. I don't think many people fixed their lines. It was so bad some manholes looked like fountains. When we lifted man lids the birds came down for roach lunch.
This shows that Ollie doesn't really use "protection" that often. this is the second video that I watch where he had to undo the nozzle to fish it threw the cover.
ollie you are brave man to put you head so close to the nasty water on the lawn it almost look like you face or hat touch it you get 👍👍👍👍👍5 for going the extra mile and showing me why you the best among the rest of the plumbers
Another great video Ollie. Ratty working in the background… I hope others will quit stealing his content and just sign up for the one and only DA #1!!!
