Brilliant again Ollie. These builders have something to answer to! Keep up the good work. A mate of mine was boasting about seeing every bit of Garry Potter. I told him I’ve seen 881 episodes of Drain addict, a fictional tales of an Aussie Drain Magician. He shut up!!!
Those inspection cameras are absolutely worth their weight in gold on issues like this. Crazy that multiple pieces of PVC end up in a new construction job.
If the building is brand new, the builder or the contractors who installed the pipes should be on the hook for replacing the underground pipes & correct the underlying conditions with the belly under the new home warranty or building code requirements, they should be responsible for the repair, not the homeowner
One would think. However you will have to take them to court and they have all the inspections signed with approvals. It will cost more than having it dug up and repaired.
Good plumbers are hard to come by these days. Thank God I have two best plumbers who replumbed my house. Ollie is also a great plumber and he is very professional dealing with his clients 😊
Here in the UK if you buy a brand new house. Then the property developer is responsible for any repairs usually within the first 10 years by law if they are found at fault due to shoddy works. EG, faulty/bad plumbing, subsidence etc
Also a good lesson in every trade, no matter what, needs a decent box of bits. Ollie saved the day with his little Milwaukee bit box. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I have found obscure screws in random places.
"Do you have this one?" Ollie with a flat "No". Proceeds to pull out a case with every type of screw head man could ever think of hahahahaha. Ollie is ALWAYS PREPARED.
Brand new house, carelessness and seeming lack of detail. So sad. I feel sorry for new homeowners who instantly have issues and seems that belly in the line will always be one, it's probably the difference of cutting that pipe down an inch and it would be level :(
Super DA: “Faster than a speeding *spinner!* More powerful than a *CRS38!* Able to leap tall buildings in a single *reverse!”* And the best ending on RU-vid! Well done Ollie and a 👍👍👍 as always. God bless.
There is a point in your life where you going to say to those who in spirit like to assist you: _”I appreciate your help, and your pursuit to meet the goal of the project, buuuut…_ _You’re Messing wit’ the Master! Step aside please.”_ 😂😂
Hey Ollie, one of the groups I perform with may be coming to your neck of the wood this summer, I’ll leave you some passes at the ticket office just let me know how many you’ll need, it’s about 90% sure but in this business you never know. Bluesman Dave.
WooHOO! Valentine's gift from Ollie. Thank you and keep up the good work. Blessings and (maybe a bit late) Happy Valentine's Day to you and your family.
Hey Ollie I’ve been here Before 200th episode I can’t believe it we starts off at 1 episode and now it’s nearlly to the 900ths I can’t believe how fast time flies your my favourite as the drain unclogging is nice and satisfying (Sometimes)
I think I saw it too. It was in the wrong place if that is what it was though. I was amazed they weren't used to seeing the Torx head screws. They are really used a lot where I live. A few years back at work we got a crate from Canada and it was all square head screws I think they are called Robinson. I was the only guy in the shop that had a bit for them.
Ollie you killed it on this one.I’m not use to seeing you have this much help or having a audience, getting the play by play.culprit just worker’s not being careful around open pipes.great video as always.just keep doing what you do best.👍👍👍😎😎😎
Buy a new house and expect everything to be problem free, but no such luck. I'd be upset. Great job Ollie!!! Happy Valentine's Day from the US. God bless!!!!
Was watching 'Drain Cleaning AUSTRALIA' and it just doesn't have the same.. 'vibe' as Addict's videos. Even cleaning fecal matter in these videos is somehow more relaxing.
I've used the day to drill a frozen rainwater drain. The drill got stuck in the ice and I didn't want it to fall down when it melts...I have a heat cable going..😂
The Torx head screws are real common here where I live and in Canada they use mostly square drive. Good job and like someone else said the camera is worth every penny it cost.
i was waiting for you to throw down the rat and spray big old pink mark on their nice deck. kudos to you for not making mistake like that. that makes you get the plumbers 👍👍👍👍👍reward becase is all good!!!!😀
