@@DrainAddictYou’re dedicated to your work and I respect that. You’re not a licenced plumber though. You are an experienced drain service that doesn’t hurt clients.
That guy was all up in your business . I think he's the one that dropped it down there . He wins hands down the most annoying customer of the year award .
Nicely done Ollie ...persistence pays off. I retired from doing security systems for over 30 yrs and my biggest annoyance was the customer over my shoulder trying to help and give advice 😊
i was in telstra for near 40 years and my piece to customers who hung around too much was... "i'll come and see you when i'm finished." usually worked too !!
im not even there and i was losing my patience as the guy insisted on flattening the hose and kept cutting it shorter and shorter....'trust me bro' edit- oh no, it got worse...
The moment I saw that brick I thought „Dang, thats a tight angle AND a junction 😳!“ Why not blast it down in the first place I was gonna ask … wait till the end, stupid! He knows what he’s doing! Thx for sharing 💪👍!
The customer suggested pushing all the way out, but Ollie said you don't want to do that mate. And then when he suggested it again, Ollie says that's a bloody good idea, and got it out. 😂😂
A 54 minute video tells you it’s going to be good before you even start watching. 😊. Great work Ollie! The ultimate drain pro! Ben was cheering you on. “Yes, yes!” 😊 You sound a lot better today. 😊. Great smile of joy when you retrieved it!
Ollie, you never cease to amaze me, your work ethic, and determination to achieve your mission, its just spectacular, and that smile on your face when you held he rock your hand, was a joy to see Best wishes from UK
Oh my goodness, Ollie, you have the patience of a saint!! Could tell you were getting a bit exasperated by the end, but I don't think Ben had any clue, lol. Watching this video reminded me of a line from a Shel Silverstein poem, called 'Helping': "Some kind of help is the kind of help that helping's all about. And some kind of help is the kind of help we could all do without." LOL great job Ollie, and great to see and HEAR Ratty again! All good!!
The stuff you find in a drain besides wipes, roots amazes me!!! You and Ben make a great team. He's got quite the character and the energy like a child at a sweets shop. ALL GOOD Ollie AND RATTY!!!
All good Ollie, reminded me of a children's computer game, all you have to do is get that rock out of the pipe and you are on to the next level, perseverance wins the day.
Good job Ben, jumping in & helping where you could, offering suggestions, digging holes, hook & tape. Then we see how Ollie's problem solving process works. He let's you know his fears. All good gentlemen. All good
I can't stand customers telling me how to do things. And as soon as he says he doesn't need to stand over there to see the camera, he leans over to see the camera. You handled it masterfully.
@@shaunepegrum Oh thank goodness, you told me that. I guess I've had too many customer experiences like that so I didn't even think of that. Thanks bro!
You sound better than you did a couple days ago. Better out than in should be the company logo on the side of your van. I didnt know you brought cocky with you. Thanks for the video!
You and old mate Ben did a brilliant job getting that brick out, I was pondering how it got in there🤔 Good to hear Ratty 🐀 having his say bout the job. Hope you have a wonderful Easter . Thanks for the vlogs.
Your awesome ollie had me on the edge of my seat with this one and you have more PATIENCE than i have he was getting on my nerves i could tell he was yours to but u handled your self with pride goid job sir
I'm not convinced this guy wouldn't have totally cut down the whole hose before realizing it's a spiral and it won't ever be flat. This whole time I'm watching I'm actually seething, but somehow you maintain composure. I can tell that you're frustrated, but it's not getting the better of you. Incredible professionality, I applaud your patience.
I know youre a professional and an absolute master of your craft but the patience you possess glows bright in this one. That guy was on my last nerve 🤣 Its all good though!
