Respect guys for the job you do. BUT why don’t drain and waste water fitters supply drain directions within the drain when installing so when a drain is lifted it’s clear of the direction of flow.
Your jetting pressure is a bit weak. We have a jetter van capable of clearing block drains better that your as we use 25mm hose. Best leave it to professionals with better machines.

Looks like it measures how far it's travelled in the screen, so they can track 3.5m of the run and they'd be in roughly the right place. Looks like there's a big vertical drop too so physical distance from the man hole might not be that far.
