Seems like more effort if you're jetting anyway and it's all going to go down when the blockage is cleared and a couple of buckets put down. That's just shovelling sh1t for shovelling sh1t's sake. That manhole is probably 4 buckets worth which is a lot of shovelling, then you've got to clean all 4 buckets and the shovel after. You've now quadrupled the amount of time to do the job and for no benefit.

@@james-5560 Yeah, could be! But on the other hand, they are using the buckets anyway for cleaning up, and often using the shovel to stir up the poop cake, that's why I was wondering... Maybe it's an experience thing, I'm just a noob anyways... 😂

@@bonzaihb3432 They are, but 1 or 2 buckets, and if you fill the buckets with poop then what are you going to use to clean up? more buckets? and you'll end up with the buckets covered in poop inside and out. I just think there's no need to go to the effort of scooping it all out and having buckets of poo everywhere when the blockage clears it'll all flow down. A quick clean up and off you go. Just my opinion!

@@tonygorham I think they prob get left on Jobs, borrowed by another person, and so on. I think they should be plastic rather than metal to avoid the chance of cracking glazed pottery drains
