SJ will forever be my favourite NRL player of all time to this day I still haven’t recovered from him departing the warriors but I still hope he gets to win a premiership
SJ is definitely a legend of the game and I was gutted when he left us for The Sharks but I think it was a move that was needed to help him and The Warriors grow and progress... I wish him all the best for his comeback and really hope he gets a premiership before he retires

Honestly grew up watching this man. From under 20s to the Sharks. Still my favourite half of all time. The goat. Probably the most clutch player I’ve ever seen too. The “inconsistent” narrative is something I’ve never agreed with. The casual fans just want to see the highlight real play week in week out. That doesn’t happen when the whole team is inconsistent.

You’re blind if you think he hasn’t been inconsistent more then consistent. Yes he was an absolute weapon in his first half of his career but the second half so far has been disappointing. Casual fan or not, anyone knows this

After watching this I have to admit I was one of those putting the boot in when his form fell off with the warriors. I just want the warriors to live up to there potential. His experience and maturity will be of huge value to the warriors . Best of luck bro, smash it.

glad he owned up to having his part in leaving too. Looking at those last couple of years, the World Cup 2017 included, he just wasnt all there and probably needed that change more than anything. The club /Kiwis did too.

would love to see one of the struggling or middle clubs to take him and mentor some young halves. He seems to have really matured as a whole person and would be able to mentor the up and coming players. Players like this are great for the game and for developing players. Good to see SJ grow both on and off the field. Definitely one of the most influential players of the modern era.
Dunno if you’ve had Feldty on but get him to yarn ya his drop to local Grade, for North Thurringowa Devils. If I remember right, it was the week before the semis. He then scored the equalling try to guarantee golden point in the 2015 GF, arguably the greatest grand final in rugby league history.
Warriors letting go of SJ was shit. Made the finals for the first time in while and had one of his best seasons. didn't deserve how he got treated. He was loyal to warriors but the guys who run the club werent loyal to him. hope he can win a prem someday and hopefully can return to the Warz.
As a sj fan hate that the warriors let him go and picked up the wish version of him “nikorima” 😂 but hope rabbits or roosters sign him and he goes on too win a premiership ring love u ah wish u came back to nz but our higher ups suck 😂😂😂
