Considering that 70% of US women are overweight or obese, a beautiful thin woman with a toned body is only about 1% of the female population. That is very rare.
You need to factor in just women who are 18-35. In that range the fit body type would be much higher than 1%. Also, men are not that picky. 8-10 is perfectly acceptable body types and then extra factors would come into play. I'll take a 8 with a chill personality over a high maintenance 10 any day!
More women go to college but not for higher paid jobs, they go into the humanities the STEM fields are still predominately male, so I'd say men with high incomes are more likely than women.

Interestingly enough, I know guys that fit these parameters (my colleagues from medical school), 6ft tall, fit, potential to make $200,000 +, and yet none of them would even think to date any of these women. so i went on and tried the calculator and i hate to break it to you it's not real. i played around with it for 5 min and it doesn't make any logical sense, i put guy above 5'9 making over 45K a year between the ages of 28 to 35 the odds were 5%. OK so i tried again but this time the age range was between 28 to 82 the odds went down to 3% so instead of the odds increasing because you have a bigger pool of men it actually decreased. i think this site uses a wrong formula to calculate how common a man is,
I don't quite understand. The number in the denominator to work out the percentage is the number of men in that age range not all men. I know that means you don't know how common a guy is over all men but it looks like that's how they work it out.
