My favorite album this year of the 100 or so I listened to. Not even hard to pick it. I know it is because I can't stop listening to it. I can't just skip it and move to the next one on the list.

@seanmcallister2985 for solo artists who hire session musicians it is, yes. When i first heard the album i was exceptionally pleased with Sam Stewart guitar skills and thought he was the link which made the album so good. This video shows (and no disrespect meant here) a different line up and to my ears, not as good musically.

@@user-zh1ib8vz8fso Sam Stewart is the son of Eurythmics guitarist Dave Stewart. He is an in-demand session guitarist and is in a band that’s a going concern and signed to Columbia Records. Would I rather he be in Blondshell’s backing band? Probably, but that was not a likely outcome.
