Dear Dr .Zaher The X-match procedure that you have described in your video is not correcr according to AABB , since when you do the xmatch you should know that there is two procedures you must perform Major xmatch and Minor xmatch And in the steps that you mentioned you should prepare 3 tubes for each unit of blood Saline Albumin Autocontrol Because you are looking for two types of antibodies IGG AND IGM In addition in blood banking whenever you checking for agglutination you should do that macroscopically and microscopically ...... etc Finally if you need my help contact me to let you know the correct procedure
