Great movie...not the ending I was expecting. I was surprised the Mom sentenced her own daughter fairly..if up to the father she wold probably be set free or very light sentence!

mirabel mother is really a good woman she loves her child but she still obeyed the laws how i wish many nigerians will obey the laws as this woman did nigeria would have been a better place ,,,,,,,,,,nice movie and well arranged ,,,,,thanks for uploading

Nice movie - no man is worth taking a life for - the Karma just was not working for Mirabel and Larry and she could not see it she was so obsessed with lust for him. You got everything you wanted from your father - and pretending to your friend Empress that you wanted to make amends all the while knowing what you were about to do - Mirabel got what she deserved and she was lucky that the judge was her mother or else she would have been sentenced to death - life in prison is the equivalence to that anyhow - I am sorry for Empress who did not have anything to do with the instances but she was a witness to the first and should have reported it as she wanted to do - but being a good friend she kept silent and ended up going to jail for a crime she did not commit - this is a lesson for young adult you should not burden yourself with your friend's crime - money is the root to evil - the waitress taking money to do the dirty work (was $50,000 worth it) - good ending - lovely storyline
