Please see a urologist. It could be an issue with your kidneys or bladder. Passing clots in urine is serious.

Bleeding (Pinkish urine) once or twice maybe due to bladder contraction or dehydration and can be considered as normal.. But bleeding (Reddish urine or small clots) more than 2 times per week, needs to be checked immediately.

It can recur again. Probably the sane reason as last time. Go and consult the doctor who treated you previously.
