Yes, it's different for everyone. Mild and moderate can be corrected/treated with a brace, but if it's severe, you have to have surgery.

not yet but soon you will be able to use the medbeds the Docters have been hiding from you. thay make a ton of money from this surgery . . it takes about 6 months to recover and get your musle tone back in your neck and back

@@marissa4549 so I did have to get the surgery and now I'm about two months post-op. I'm actually doing really good, and I rarely ever get back pain anymore so I'm really happy about that. The first few weeks post-op were so horrible but I got through it. and in the end, I am happy that I was able to get the surgery :)
