I wish but I don’t think with how triple a game development is we will ever have anything like this anymore all we will get are games like Cold War with no Characters so they can sell more micro transactions.
It's so amazing how these 5 minutes are able to tell a greater story than the entirety of Vanguard, even without dialogue... it's so heartbreaking seeing these strong heroes breaking, going more and more mad every time they die, over... and over again.
My god the emotions and broken faces of the Primis characters. Especially Richthofen who is always the one with the plan just looking defeated.....this is gonna be darker than Bo3.
Im never going to forget these guys even if there story is gone they made the best memories with my friends and cousins, but im ready for a new story to start.
Plot twist, the Primis crew is so desperate they hide underneath alcatraz and awaken the victis crew to actually let them break the cycle. Oh boy, can't wait to play as Russman again!
Truly the point we saw the crew at their most vulnerable and the breaking point of their sanity. These seemingly solid characters, despite their flaws; the ones we were led over the years to believe they couldn't be broken. Blood Of The Dead captured the repetition of not only their journey but the zombie's mode in Call of Duty. Our heroes are tired, worn down but are forced to keep going to secure a better tomorrow. The question really is clear as day...where are we going from here?
actually, what happened here is that the other richtofen broke the cycle they were in, originally the crew arrives here, collects the vials and then leaves but this time richtofen butchers it
The biggest thing I take from the trailer is this: They're tired. They're broken. They've spent so long fighting, surviving, without rest, without compensation, and they're starting to feel like maybe... ...maybe all this fighting is for nothing. Maybe it's been too much for too long, and maybe letting themselves being consumed is more of an escape for them.
4 or 3 years and I come back to see this, still makes cry, I will always miss being a zombie player, I still am, and watching my favorite characters go out like this hurts. Anytime I play bo3 I might just cry because I remembered and came back to this trailer. Thank y’all for the amazing memories and nostalgia from bo1 to bo4 🙏🏾

I love it. The original theme from Mob of the Dead was far more whimsical. The original sounded sad, this one sounds *anguished*. By far the best zombies trailer released to date.
The last zombies map my dad played before he passed away the next day... He played since the first map on waw back in 2008 or 2009 and was addicted from then on buying every map. :( I wish he couldve been around to play more.

Gameplay: we each have our own gripes with BO4, it's not perfect nor the best. Story: One of the most deepest maps in the aether storyline. Richtofen needing to sacrifice himself in order to give the children a future not bound by 115, the apothicons, the undead or the dark aether.
Not gonna lie I cry every time I watch this cause seeing your favorite characters just being exhausted and losing hope just to accept their fate of repeating the cycle just hits me in the feels

1FifaGamer his maps on bo3 were trash. Der eisendrache and origins are his best maps and focus more on easter eggs rather than the simple originality of zombies. Zombies chronicles saved bo3 zombies, so no i still believe zelinskis zombies is and will be better than blundells.

the crazy thing about blood of the dead is that in the lore when one dies in this timeline they restart it back on Alcatraz until they finish the cycle it just repeats
To me, I think that is why we see the Primus crew collectively lose their composure. Normally, Takeo doesn't freak out and this is the first time we see the cast be mentally broken. Unlike the Mob crew, Primus must have known the amount of attempts they made. Being trapped would eventually break anyone. I love this trailer, because I wonder what these characters said when they were afflicted by stress and how what the other said to support each other.

cinema. i keep coming back here whenever i feel like im done with everything, the raw emotion from the characters speaks to me so deeply. being sick of an endless cycle & feeling trapped
I Mean, the whole map is one hell of a reference. But for sure that hat means something, a reference as in bo3 or as an easter egg functional masterpiece.
3 years later I’m watching this trailer again for the best zombies map/trailer and I really miss the original actors of the zombies crew, 10 years and now their all gone, I’m literally crying inside 😭
It’s a fantastic trailer but it was just an awful map. So many unnecessary things, the magmagat was a cool wonderweapon but that’s about all it had going for it
Well I guess this version of Alcatraz island has a power to effect their mind and it makes them crazy. That's my guess this place has the power or essence to make one go crazy in the head. Or break you will.

I watched it so often back in 2018. All the memories I have on this map and the game. Im getting tears; this was the last CoD where I had so much fun with. I miss the feeling and the memories
WW2 was my first COD game, I don't care how much dislike it may get, it and the era in which it took place will always hold a special place in my heart. Edit: But yes the zombies mode was a bit, unrefined, the storyline was good
dude why is even in this map? from a lore standpoint, it makes no sense. Stanley was stuck with the mob crew because he was the guard that knew the mob crew the most
superxdish he is though, brutus's quotes mirror lots of things Stanley says like how he was nice to the mob crew, how he has a wife and son, and even says the names of the four characters. And Sal says that brutus is ferguson too :p
