I've been a doctor for a few years and always find myself coming back to basics. My point being is that you're helping such a HUGE variety of people - students to professionals alike. Thank you, good sir
@@deeznuts3472 Good point; I’ve learned so much about the body and science from my own reading even though I am in college. I never stop learning regardless
A final-year medical student preparing for my final professional exams. Currently reading stroke, needed to refresh my memory on the blood supply to the brain. Your video is fantastic, and I'm thankful for the effort you put in. When I grad and start practice, I promise to create a channel to give back to the society. Thank you.
Watched every single video and passed my first semester of PA school with flying colors! THANK YOU, Dr. Morton for everything you do! Shing and guitar outros forever!
I watched this video for my neuroanatomy exam 2 years ago. Here I am, again, for understanding stroke. Thank you for making these helpful videos, they are clinically very important!
The blood supply was simply tough. Then, I stumbled on a channel that simplified the Circle of Willis. Then, I stumbled on this channel. You gave the meat to the bones.I liked, in particular, the origins of the ICA and the Ventrobasilar. I can see VERY clearly now. Thank You loads.
I have watched all you lectures in the past week. Dr Morton, you've been a great help for my final anatomy exam next week. Now I'm more confident in anatomy than ever before. Thank you very much!
Videos are so educational & I'm not even a doctor not even student just trying to understand whats going with my body's physic, exacting knowledge of everything as he lectures delivers a awesome voice of narratoration & humming hymn
Thank goodness for you. I was looking for something straightforward on the circle of Willis for half an hour. (In addition to distribution beyond the actual parts)
well you really know how to relax after explaining the whole brain blood supply , i mean the singing was almost as a perfect outro if it weren't the breathing in between. Anyway well done , very helpful.
Awesome to see you are still looking at and liking the comments after 2 years! Your content is really well made, I just wanted to point out that at 2:19 the carotid canal labelled on the middle cranial fossa on the right seems to be pointing to the foramen ovale instead of the exit for the carotid canal 😊
I am a nurse working in the stroke field. This is just so amazing. I have a visual understanding of the blood low to the brain and within the brain. Thank you!
this is by far the best VISUAL GUIDE !!!!! Love how you present with medial view, lateral view and compare it again on circle of willis so i can imagine it better. THANKYOUUUUU!!!!
Expectation is not grateful. These are excellent videos that easily trump most all paid anatomy lecturing I've seen. You'll get what you get when you get it!
You're literally the bestestest best ever, omg!! You're helping me survive med school and because of you, I do not despise anatomy anymore :') Thank you so, so much!
Спасибо Сэр. Дай всевышний Аллах вам долгих счастливых дней и долголетий. По больше бы таких в медицине. России не та уже давно. Миру Мир ✌️ всем студентам желаю такого духа и порядочности 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Even a non-medical person can have glimpses of inner mechanism of our Brain how it works. But negative points for Non-Medical person comprise of mental agony that can trigger him medically sick. Nice Narratives & quality Power Point Presentation (PPP).Thanks Dr. Morton. Wish you Good Luck.🙏🙏
EXCELLENT video! Second year med student here. Just started my neuro unit and this answers all my questions that the lectures didn't cover! Thank you :)
Explanations are easy to understand, you enjoy the video because it's fun learning from it and the acknowledgment, did he really hum for that..(lol) It's so much fun learning from this channel and I hardly ever forget. You're the best sir.
You are just the best person to exist on this earth. If I had enough money I would even fly out to your country to attend your funeral, which will hopefully be in the next 40 years. Love from Namibia.
I am not a doctor but I have lots of interest in the brain function and blood supply. Just the way you "emphasise" in the tone of your voice makes it like so easy to follow and the excitement in your voice and tone when you tray to depict something is apart from the actual fact that it is all so instructional.
That was too amazingggg..not only I enjoyed watching it but I also learned a lot of stuff all in one video in a couple of seconds...Keep making med school easy for us. Once again thank you for blessing us with an amazing video.
Heyyy....I just loved whole explain and especially the detailed Diagrams penetrated my circle of Willis and the brain .....smooth as butter ..!! Thank you so much doctor..! Stay blessed 😊
Thank you for making an EXCELLENT video!! I have just watched this for one of my neuroscience nursing post-grad units, and your video was so incredibly well executed. You are a legend!
At 11.56sec you said if you block terminal branches you get Ischaemic stroke? I had central cerebral aneurysm clipping four years ago M1-MCA and have suffered with pain every day since behind my right eye. I’ve always been under the impression I was unfortunate to have an ischaemic stroke. You’ve made me re-evaluate this sentiment. I’ve been diagnosed with central post stroke pain syndrome. I’m glad the world has got people like you, Taking the time to dispense with knowledge and wisdom for free
Thank you so much noted anatomist. I don’t have words to thank you. I mean you made it damn simple with the animation i swear . Thank you so very much . I really appreciate your teaching skills and knowledge as well❤️🌸
What a brilliant person who made us. Man we did not evolve GOD made us for his glory. Man, am humbled. So, be at peace with GOD what ever you consider him to be.
We studied it like thrice now and I just understand it in your video. I love those sounds effects of yours, its making me awake while watching this at 4am. Continue making videos. Thanks!
I LOVE THIS VIDEO. This single video covered all my weaknesses However, i was wishing there was some part about blood supply of internal capsule, basal ganglia etc
Thanks Bushra. I took the perspective of blood supply from a gross anatomical perspective instead of a neuroanatomy perspective. That is why i didn't spend as much time on the regions of the brain supplied by the vessels. I need to do a video on that eventually. All the best in your studies.
If I passed my chiropractic school it will be because of your help, the explanation, animation, voice tone and speed, video time and everything is Excellent you made it so easy, Thank you so much, you are the best, I have been waiting for long for video about the relations between basal ganglia, thalamus, cortex, and cerebellum and how to know where is the stroke Please make it :D :D . Thank you in advance :D I wish you teach us, other classes, too like biochemistry,, pathology ,
Thanks for your kind words Zakaria ... I don’t think I will be making one on those parts of the brain this year because I never get a chance to lecture in them. Maybe next year. All the best in your training.
