I remember when this first came out and I still play and think of this cover constantly. Probably my favorite cover of anything ever.

5 years later...and still obsessing over this.

The original song is pretty amazing in it's own way, but I'll never forget my reaction to this cover the first time I heard it 3 years ago in my college apartment. I spent the entire 4 day weekend doing literally nothing but listening and trying to cover Mree's songs. If that's not true inspiration I don't know what is.

I am from the Middle East and this song drove me to tears ... I have not heard anything more beautiful yet so sad. May peace come to us all and may love heal all the wounds of war.

I come back to this song when heartbreak strikes, and it weirdly makes me feel some semblance of normalcy and comfort in such an ever changing world.

I was in 8th grade riding a bus from Alabama to Orlando and i listened to this the whole way.

I don't know much about music...but I know that this is what music always wanted to be.

I first heard this cover when I was 12 years old, 11 years ago. Brought me through me my darkest times and it is such a gentle comfort to hear it again. ❤
