You gotta get those chain of commands in order, oak otherwise they'll drag you down with them to mediocrity. The guy needs to be told to talk less and listen more during pvp. If you're leading a group there needs to be a clear predetermined shotcaller. Everyone else just stfu and only report vital info. You really don't wanna follow calls from someone who's got less than half your killfame, trust me. At least he's faster at looting the Raven at 5:30 than you are. If this guy was in my guild i would have told him his place already: not in my party.
