Yo My uploading schedule is absolutely crap atm. And My next upcoming memes will be the sad cat dance, and palm tree panic. Hopefully getting one of those done before I move on to my Grade 11 units which I won't have much time to do. Even though i'm a newcomer to the series with pikmin 4, i have to say that the entire pikmin series as a dark side in it: the pikmin dying,olimar's logs at the end of 3 that referencing the bad ending; the creatures designs and behaviours, etc... Pikmin is one of those Nintendo series that are less family friendly and can make you feel guilty or anxious

Honestly, kinda glad pikmin 4 basically gave pikmin 1’s bad ending olimar a good ending afterall. He really deserves a happy ending in both timelines for working so hard to keep his family happy. Also, excellent animation, it truly brought tears on how moving this animation was.

God this is just amazing! Pikmin on the surface looks so cute and cartoony, but it's so much deeper and surprisingly darker than meets the eye! And the way you did this animation meme really captures the sadness and pain Olimar has to go through in the bad ending! Gah i love this!

This takes on a whole new meaning after Pikmin 4 showed us leafling olimar, and for a while he was sorta the villain in that game so it makes me wonder what happens after the bad ending

I often come to think that Pikmin 4 is a reboot of the entire series and it wasn't what I initially wanted but the game's been very enjoyable to me so far (especially considering I haven't played 1,2 and 3 but I know what happens in each game). Of course this animation was meant to reflect on the bad ending of the first game but now that pikmin 4 exists this animation feels somewhat irrelevant 😢. But I'm glad it's made pikmin fans happy to see animations of olimar 🥰

Fun fact Pikmin 3 actually alludes to the bad ending of Pikmin 1 because in one of the logs, Olimar says he has a nightmare where he ends up dying on PNF 404 and imagines the Pikmin dragging him to the onion

I'm little bit late, but I found a mistake in this video, no, I mean masterpiece. At 0:12, there's no antena-like thingy on the top of the Olimar's broken helmet(which is still attached to him) directly but after that, Olimar's broken helmet has it. (Example 0:19, 0:39)

There are 3 Timelines pikmin 1 and pikmin 4 lead to all 3 pikmin one has the bad ending timeline and the good end timeline. Pikmin 4 houses the last timeline where the bad ending to olimars story leads to the good end for him and the main protag
