Follow us on a trip from Cooktown to Cape Tribulation down the Bloomfield Track & back. We check out the Amazing Wujal Wujal Falls, BlackMountain, Cowies Beach, Cross Emmagen Creek & see many great beaches & Creeks along the way. The destination was the Majestic Cape Tribulation before we turn around & do it all again in reverse all the way back to Cooktown stopping at Lions Den for tea.

How was the bloomfield track? Suitable for towing?

The Bloomfield is an easy drive but not really recommended for caravans due to steep slippery sections. Some have taken vans up it but we didn’t. We took the van to Cooktown via the much longer bitumen road. Cheers PMK3AUSTRALIA

@@pmk3australia Thanks. I would be towing an offroad camper trailer next Sept so hopefully its not too wet.
