Ingredients:
All purpose flour (2 cups)
1 big onion
Corn starch (1 cup)
Bread crumbs (4 tbsp)
Cold milk (1 cup)
Cold water (1 cup)
2 Eggs*
Seasoning
Baking powder (1/2 tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Crushed red pepper (1 tsp)
Red chili powder (1 tsp)
Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Oregano (1 tsp)
Cumin powder (1/2 tbsp)
Buttermilk
Milk (1 cup)
Vinegar (1 tbsp)
Eggs- I’m not using it, but egg is optional so you can use it in the wet ingredients. I’m using 2 tbsp rice flour for thickness.
