I actually used to work with Evan (Roald) for a couple years when he was a Server and I was a Line Cook. It's so surreal seeing him on this show. Happy to report he's a good dude.

There's a scene, I think it's when he's talking to Riley and Jonesy before the Spelling Bee, where he has this little goblin laugh going. You can see, from the side and almost out of the shot, one of the boys starting to lose it and doing his best to keep his jaw clenched.

one of main reasons coach has a lot of shots where it’s just him talking by himself or the camera angle from behind someone’s head facing him is it’s so hard for the other actors to not break character and laugh during his takes.
