Nice tips for beginners also consider these two tips : 1-in higher tiers the healing ability of blot reduces his footstep sound for few seconds which can use mostly in latest seconds of match where you can hide your footsteps from enemies behind the walls and use the surprise method to kill them. 2.blot and slayer have the greatest vision range between all of the heroes therefore with an "visor upgrade" in open spaces their vision range can be used as scaning ability and are more effective than scan so look around yourself moreoften with this heroes.
oh my god, the creativity edit: now that i have attended years and years of training and grinding, i will bestow the arts and knowledge of using blot. use shield at the end of the round (takes 1 second to place shield, by that time the enemy could have peeked a corner and shot you) when there's an enemy, place your shield in a way that covers more ground and still blocks attacks from enemy (you might be protected from the current enemy, but their teammates can shoot you) place a shield before crossing a wall if there is an enemy behind it, it takes a second to place a shield down diagram: enemy wall | | >:( _________________ ---------------------- | :) shield | you place shields diagonally in ranged fights/fast enemies (when placing a diagonal shield from your enemy, this allows you to scoot over by a little bit to barely shoot your enemy) quickly nab some armor until then, be in the backlines of your teammates (any other hero main would have a heart attack after seeing blot's health stat) do yourself a favor and install medal recorder (you will regret not filming every team carry you do) use a pistol (not really a tip, its just funny) place down a shield for your teammates and not for yourself (maybe even go in enemy backlines for an attack from both sides if your a mischievous little robot) use bandages in sneak attacks or inside bush (bandages remove a lot of walk loudness) when shield is about to run put with enemies staring at you, run away and disable the shield (this will give enough time to finish the shield cooldown, allowing you to continue your rampage) learn the time the shield automatically disables (allows two blots to time their shields together) time your shields with rushers (trapping over confident ravens in your shield gives them cardinal arrest) when seeing an enemy, tap the ability button immediately (no taking risks, plus, your shield cooldown is super low so it isn't that bad) when hearing enemy footsteps behind a wall, place a shield and make as much noise as possible (we do a little trolling) whenever the video says to "play and learn from mistakes", they mean it. its one of the best tips someone could ever give. unless your a narcissist who thinks they're perfect, its very easy to see your mistakes.
I’ll definitely implement these tips once I go back to playing the game. I especially like tip 3, quite a risky play it’s very effective once you master it.
Blot can actually hit enemy perfectly while running, but the chance kinda 70%. And the forcefield reduce damage taken from bomb. But since Blot health is low he will die
@@FalconEcho Yeah, that moment you knew you f up. But if you use hero that used grenade, throw it at Blot shield. Blot will die from explosion. And if you use hero that has Thermal skill(Levi and Slayer), the bullet can pierce through Blot shield.
Ngl the "move slowly to maintain aim" tip is kinda too basic imo- It's also worth noting that Force Field gives you a range buff that can give you the edge you need while trying to snipe from longer distances to not risk moving out of position or losing aiming stance And it's better to avoid being overreliant on close no scopes considering you're literally the frailest character in the game and the hitreg in this game can be kinda bs sometimes, let your teammates handle the close quarters jobs unless you have no other option Great video btw! But I was in the bullet echo discord server yesterday and a new player was complaining about blot's bullet spread being too much, and he wasn't the first. So these videos will always have the basic tips because they are mainly aimed at new players, not experienced ones.

bonus tips: - MOST enemies are going to rush your wall instead of going around it (maybe to wait ti out or idk?) and wil make perfect target to kill(especialy useful in sabotage) -Mobile shield of the same tier will not outlast your forcefield. Use your weapon penetration to and forcefield to win unfair engagements (handled satoshi bastion and sparkle with blot alone)
Most people are obviously going to rush because either that is their playstyle or it is just a bot you are playing against Other than that you just have to look out for firefly, freddie and sparkle
I also know that wall trick I was able to do it with slayer. Cuz when your looking at the wall. it makes it so you have a higher chance of hitting the shot. 😮
They can go through walls. But the wall just reduces the part of your cone where a bullet can pass, so it helps in being able to hit an enemy without fully aiming first

My gearset is not the best for all playing styles. I just display it for those who ask me to. You can always get or unlock personal gears from the black market. Save your crypto chips as you execute the contracts.

Idk , I never feel safe while playing with Blot. I always have the impression he is not shooting which stresses me out. His health is also absolute shit and I can’t find any use for the shield. I gave Blot many chances but it’s like he is cursed. Everything goes wrong when I play with him. I play better with FireFly. Problem is , I can’t upgrade FireFly anymore cause I need more cards. Which is why I tried playing with Blot , because he does more damage than FireFly , but I just keep losing with him. Edit: I just started a new match with him and lost in the first 10 seconds. I grabbed some ammo , headed out , saw an enemy , aimed at him and waited. Now usually at this point if I am playing with FireFly he would immediately shoot and absolutely decimate the enemy. But with Blot ? Well , I just stood there and waited AND HE DIDN’T FUCKING SHOOT. The guy turned around and shot me instantly. I got damaged a lot and I knew it was useless to run or wait for Blot to shoot. I was fucked. And the guy’s bullets just rained upon me and I got absolutely destroyed. All in the span of the first 10 seconds of the match. This character is so fucking bad bruh Edit 2: so I just finished another match. It went like this: I immediately started gaining ammo cause I feel very unsafe seeing only 5 bullets in my gun and stocked on the usual stuff. You know , armour , explosive rounds , ammo again , med-kit , more ammo , the thing that makes you see further , the thing that recharges your ability even further (I know Blot’s ability recharges really fast , but that’s still not fast enough for me to feel safe) , even more fucking ammo. And then I waited for everyone to kill each other until there’s only me and another guy. It’s what I always do and it always worked with FireFly. So since Blot is like a sniper I decided to turn on the shield thing and wait for the enemy to come out. Except , he didn’t , which always happens at this stage with any character I play with (which is the reason why with FireFly I always come to the centre after there’s only 1 guy left). I was really close to the circle of death and the guy just didn’t want to come out. Which is absolutely normal , that always happens. But this time I had to move to the centre unless I wanted to kill myself in the damn circle. So I got to the centre and at this stage I would absolutely destroy the last player with FireFly but with Blot... well , the guy came out , aimed at me at started shooting. My health was draining , Blot was not fucking shooting and I was pissed. As per usual. It’s not like I expected more from Blot. He’s just that bad
It doesn't always hit, you miss a few. But the wall eliminates part of the cone, which increases the chance of landing a shot. This can also be applied to slayer

It takes a bit of practice. But you basically go up to a corner or a gap in the wall, then move side ways until the edge of the wall. You will always hit the enemy, atleast 80% - 90% of the time
