How can anyone in their right mind call waiting 40 years for a sentence to be carried out ; Justice, the people the said convict made victims out of are forced to pay (via tax dollars) to help feed, house, & provide medical & dental to the perpetrator that killed a loved one ... any way you look at it that simply cannot be called justice , at least with a straight face!

Oh, cool. It all comes down to the evidence. Well, we all watched him kill that officer, and attempt to kill the other officer as well. So, getting the death penalty shouldn't be difficult AT ALL... right?

I am usually completely on the cops side.. but I couldn’t believe how far they pushed smelling weed to search the car. I feel as though they needlessly escalated it. Obviously, the perp was the one who pulled the gun and committed the ultimate evil. And he deserves everything coming to him for making that decision. Just an all around tragic situation.

He will have an attorney and it doesn't help that they ruffed him up and abused him. I think they blew the case.

First off that poor man shot in self-defense. The sheriff kicked the old “I smell weed“ excuse to try to search the car. That man was recording the whole time, and refused To allow sheriffs To search his heart. He just left his grandmother’s house and try to drag him out of the car and That’s when he finally shot in self-defense. That is nowhere remotely premeditated murder! when you have. 50,000 Volts going to your body from a taser, you’re gonna do whatever you can to stop that pain. These cups are off the hook with their abuse of authority especially especially women. She is the one that lied about smelling weed. It wasn’t even a felony car stop, and using tasers when somebody who’s already handicapped is just disgusted. With all due respect that sheriff brought that shooting on himself. He just can’t start electrocuted people that don’t wanna get out of the car . if I was ever on jury duty when that maze trial, I would not convict, it would be either be hung jury or an acquittal.

The death penalty? If the jury has any brains, he shouldn’t even be going to prison.. he was being attacked.
