One of the most underrated bands around. Atlantic made a big mistake dropping them. I have seen them many time's, mostly Hammer Jacks and got backstage one night in the 80's. Hell I was only 18 and they were the nicest, humble group of musicians you could ever meet. Steve is funny as hell!! Great band still going strong! Great to see them again. They definitely have their own style. LOVE IT!!
Even though the timeline puts them in the hair band time, I've never called or thought of these guys as a hair band. They have that Rolling Stones vibe, classic rock n roll band style. It's really an amazing thing to see them still rock'n out after so many years. Enjoy it while we can. Kix!
Damn, didn't know they was still touring, they sound fucking awesome, and in shape unlike others like Vince Neil!Putting them on my list to go see, keep rocking KIX!
I'm seeing them in october at a 3 day festival but guess who they're opening for them then night ranger and of course last but not least Vince squel I'm leaving when he comes on I've seen him with the cruel cant get halfway across the stage and he's out of breathe
@@rodneycross5015 Lol,YEA u can tell just by looking at him, don't blame ya,it's a shame bout some these guys that didn't take little more care them selves.
I've been a fan since I saw them at the Mountainside in Maryland, God damn that was in 1980. They were called The Generators then. KIX=kicking ass and blowing 50kwatt fuses for 40+ years!!🤘💀🤘
Wow, that took some nerve to go back there. I saw Kix at the York fair decades ago. Some moron threw a rock and the lead singer went down. They finished the set but there was no backstage party and I had a pass. What a bummer, I never saw them again after that and never heard anything about it after.
I saw them at this show and was just there again this week for there show at the fair again. They always say how much they like playing here 🤷🏼♀️ however they did stop selling drinks at around 9/9:30
Was disappointed with the sound unfortunately. The bass was way to loud, and the sound was empty. Tight as always, but that somewhat heavy tone was not there. Could have been Ronnie not being onstage of course. But, they sounded better when Younkins was missing a couple years ago, and there was just the one guitarist.
Love the song and band but the Guitarist is playing a Tele so the Tone is different then the Gibson LP he recorded with . It sounds thin to me ? Been a guitarist for 40 yrs . so ear's are trained well . Still a kickass song though !!
