Lang Tengah Island is pretty cool too. You can stay on the island and snorkel just by the shore. There were even baby sharks. But ofcourse once you have been to Semporna, nothing much tops it....
Hello there. to answer your question, those tyres acts as an artificial reef which are part of the locals and the government initiatives to stimulate the growth of natural reefs and other marine life. Apart from rubber (tyres}, other material such as concrete and wood in different sizes and shape was also used as an artificial reef. I think the project was started more than 40 years ago all over Malaysia and now we can see a healthy corals reefs and marine life.
Hi! Thank you for the video! When have you been in these beautiful islands? I am planning my trip for late june-july but I am afraid of rain.. thank you!
With less tourists, we can maintain it for next generation. Can you imagine phuket and bali crowd on mataking, sibuan, pom pom, timba timba? It will be RIP for our corals.
Loving your Malaysia videos!!!! I'm heading there in August. Was the authorization process for the drone easy? I am trying to apply, but not sure how to fill out the form
thank you, oh we never did anything with our drone didn't realise you had to, we had no problems except a few islands in Sabah drones weren't allowed to be flew
It is soooo stunning there!! Enjoyed the last Malaysia video when you guys went hiking 😃 This one is a banger!! Just look at that water 💧 I love sandbars ❤️ nice to see something different than back home
Glad you like this part of it but due to pirates activities in kidnaping tourist it became unpopular therefore the Malaysian government have built a base to protect it from those pirates. Sabah it's also famous for its mointain. On other islands perhaps you could try Pulau Tioman and Pulau Perhentian....
