Also for tushita scroll u js need to participate like kill an enemy you dont need a fruit only participate Also it can be any boat dealers doesnt matter with luxury or normal. Awsome video tho👍 Cdk is hard but u can solo which is a good achievement.

For people who has brains he could've gotten cyborg v4 energy control tier 2 and use observation v2 and hit the npcs to get mastery faster it doesn't require devil fruits
Fully upgrade your race to max do not get just 2 abilities and call it a day and even if you get tier 2 of the gear of race v4 you'll still need to upgrade it to max
